It's a good place if you need a place to live and have little money. You have to share a bathroom with other residents and a common lobby for television. Rooms come with a bed, refrigerator and microwave oven. My brother lived here for over three years. The residents of this place take care of each other. They become family. The owners make sure that the place stays safe.

This is a horrible place that I would never live and I wish I had family that didn't live there but yeah you couldn't pay me to live there. the landlord doesn't fix anything the apartments look like offices closets with concrete walls. My family members apartment has had numerous water leaks mold pipes leaking and nothing is ever fixed and the only time anything gets fixed is when you have damaged property and you threaten the landlord.

Good place to live when you're on a budget. Friendly people and the owner is very accommodating, very reasonable prices for rent. 5/5 would rent again

Cheap and affordable rooms, had roaches pretty bad when I lived there, shared bathroms and showers on the hall, rooms have a sink, micro, bed, and a table, management was really nice would recommend to others

Very cheap rent. Basic sleeper room with a sink and refrigerater. Shared bathrooms in the hall. Friendly residence.
