We had a great experience recently at this Home2Suites location. The hotel is newer, very clean, had a great breakfast for our family and the rooms were spacious/well equipped. We easily fit two adults and our twins plus pack n plays. It had a pool and a nicely sized fitness room. The location was great, right near the Oakwood mall and 94. The biggest plus for us was the customer service and specifically the manager, Raquel. She was so incredibly accommodating for our toddler twins, especially with the bad weather. We called to come a night early and she was happy to assist. When I talked to her that day, she apologized they didn’t have the 1br available so we could have space from the kids but assured us to see her the next AM for a room change. We followed through and at 8 AM the next day, she had us all set up. She personally made sure the room was ready and that we were happy. Excellent customer service!!

The bathroom doors are sliding barndoor style and do not have a fan, so you can hear and smell everything coming from inside. This made for a smelly and awkward family stay. Also there was hair plastered inside the shower door so it was not cleaned. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Ample parking.

I’ve stayed before and it was great. I made reservations for tonight for 3 nights. Worst experience ever in 40 years. The young lady didn’t know how to charge you for your room. She charged my card for several different amounts and locked my card up for credit card fraud. Then asked us to leave. Someone needs to look into her and her Manager Raj. Something is way off. Also was laughing at me when on the phone with the manager but why isn’t the manager there in person that’s weird for a hotel then after everything asked me and my family to leave and said we weren’t allowed to stay.

Stopped here while driving across the country. I arrived at midnight and came outside at 6 am to find my car had been towed. The photo is taken from the front door of the hotel. I had parked next to that white truck. From this perspective, it looks like hotel parking, especially at night. I came to learn that technically that spot is in the parking lot of Manny’s restaurant though there are no signs adjacent to those two spaces. I paid the $300 to retrieve my car and because of a very lucky string of events, I did not have to spend two more nights in the area waiting to retrieve my vehicle as the impound lot is usually closed on weekends and my car was towed on a Friday night. In the end I was delayed a half a day on my cross country trip. While I don’t blame Hilton for towing my car, I’ve come to learn from other reviewers and the towing company that this is a very common occurrence with more than 20 vehicles towed from that exact spot. This is a very new hotel too. As a diamond member I have become accustomed to consistent and helpful costumer service at Hilton properties around the world. In my experience at this property, in particular, I feel they provided a disservice to me and the many other people who have been towed by failing to be proactive about this issue that at his point, must be very well known to hotel management.

Terrible customer service and experience. We made the reservation via phone late at night. We were quoted a price for 2 adults and 1 pet. No mention of a pet fee. Upon arrival to the hotel we were informed of an additional $75 pet fee and now it’s too late to cancel the reservation. We voiced our concern to front desk, of course nothing they could do and were given the manager’s information and advised to email him. I did so and didn’t receive a response. Eventually I got in touch with the hotel manager and was told they would do nothing to rectify the situation. Terrible business practice and customer service to incorrectly quote a room price and then add on fees without telling the customer. I never would have made the reservation had I known about a $75 fee for a one night stay. We own a business and travel quite a bit and will never stay in a Hilton hotel again.

What a wonderful and relaxing experience! The hotel is super clean, my room was quiet and staff was friendly. Breakfast offered ceramic plates/bowls and glass glasses, along with real silverware. Loved that they were environmentally friendly. ❤️

Very clean room, comfy bed, decent channel selection, good size room… buuut light switch & master power switch situation could use some in-room explanation. But I’m sure I’ll be back when I’m in town again.

Very comfortable and breakfast was pleasant. However, there is a restaurant which shares a lot with Home2. The restaurant owner is very difficult with the shared parking lot and tows hotel patron vehicles if the hotel patrons park in the unmarked restaurant spots. The hotel staff did an amazing job of informing us of this to avoid our vehicle being towed.
