The Lismore Hotel Eau Claire - a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel

The rooms are amazing. Comfortable and just what you'd need for a stay in Eau Claire. Service is great and the location is fine. The parking is in a parking garage. Which is wheelchair ecsessable. Room service. There's a rooftop bar, resteraunt, and a cafe! One of the best in Eau Claire.

This place is very cool and modern inside. The staff is very Fri and they have 2 bars. The "dive" even has an igloo you can reserve as you have your drinks. And their staff ID attentive.|We got a corner room that had windows all around & had black light curtains.|The tv was huge and in an arm so we could watch in bed or the sofa.|The room and bathroom were clean. Lots of counter top space between the desk, table and counter. It did have a fridge but no microwave.|The parking garage is 6'8 limit but they do have a limited "alley " parking. No street parking in front.

I've been at The Lismore and the restaurants inside as both a customer and as a vendor for a wedding. The rooms are unique and beautiful, and the places to eat and get coffee inside are wonderful! The staff has been AMAZING every time I've been there. Kind, polite, and knowledgable. I highly recommend The Lismore- and if you stay, be sure to grab some food and drinks while you're there!

Wonderful location and friendly staff. You can easily walk around downtown in EC during the stay here. Close to parks, the library, and a few bars and restaurants. The onsite coffee shop was a plus. Rooms were a bit old but comfortable and clean. Noises of the fan could be loud. I enjoyed my stay here overall and would recommend Lismore for staying in EC.

Words can't even describe the beautiful view from Shea Suite. Our room is absolutely wonderful. It is truly amazing to roll over in bed and look out over the lit up city! We feel like king of the world up this high, looking over everything!

We had a great weekend at the Lismore for a family wedding. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location for a wedding. The bar, restaurant, and coffee shop all were excellent. Great pizza and drinks!

Heidi rocks!!!!! I have never met a more passionate person who loves her job! Heidi is a keeper!! I can't believe someone hasn't made her another offer. She made our trip (the arrival of our first grandson) super memorable!! Even our cleaning gal commented on how wonderful "Heidi's hugs" are! The restaurant is also great! Super delicious food! "C" (Spanish name) was great in steering us to a super breakfast! Will for sure stay again!!

This was a very nice hotel with a number of amenities but the parking ramp attached to it sucks. The exit ramp is very narrow and my husband scraped the side of his truck. Not good. And a $7 fee is charged to your room to use the ramp. This accident was a very unfortunate situation.
