★★★★★The room decor is not only one of the best I have seen at any motel, the workmanship was high quality. Every area we were in was very clean and neat. Breakfast was ok. Not the best we have had but we have no complaints. Coffee was ok but nothing special. Would definitely stay here again.

NillTheresa and staff welcomed us and the check in process was very quick and easy. The rules and policies clearly explained. We had a great time the rooms were pretty clean and the pool was great and WARM. Idk if I’ve ever swam in a pool that warm it was awesome. During our stay our room keys stopped working and Theresa was on top of it as nobodies keys worked and the system was down. She ran all over helping guests and making sure things ran as smoothly as they could. Upon checkout we were thanked for our stay and the checkout process was very easy. Definitely will be going back for the quality and price. 8.5/10. My only complaint was there was a small amount of cobwebs and bugs in the room but it was taken care of and not a big deal at all. I just want to give it a fair and honest review. Please give Theresa a raise she is amazing at her job

NillWe paid online but then they charged us almost double and wouldn't give us a receipt. The pool and hot tub were murky/dirty and had an unpleasant odor. The towels smelt bad. The bedding was dirty and had little hairs on it. The furniture was stained. Breakfast was all cold food that needed to be warmed up in the microwave and plastic wrapped bread/muffins with no labels for people with food allergies. They ran out quickly and didn't restock. There wasn't enough towels or toiletries for my family. We asked for more but never got any. They had several "rules" posted and pointed them out to us directly but did nothing when people ate in the breakfast area with bare feet and no shoes. The hallway stunk like dirty cat litter. The public bathroom soap dispenser and paper towel dispenser didn't work well. It was very noisy at night-people pounding, running, and jumping; loud music; car alarms. The main light switch in the room didn't turn anything on.

★★★★★The room was clean and service was excellent. We have stayed here a few times and we always have a good room. The price is very reasonable for the room. The pool area is very nice. There’s laundry and ice right down the hall. They sell some necessities near the front desk. Breakfast is always good.

NillI've never stayed at a hotel where I had to go get my own towels, toilet paper or anything else I needed for my room.. one of the night front desk people told us that they had a problem with their house cleaning staff stealing items out of customers rooms, that's why they did not have any house cleaners on duty to bring fresh towels Karma toilet paper etc. They clean the rooms after the customers checks out. My brother who stayed in 204 found a fake fingernail in his room, I stayed in 205 across the hall and there were chips against the baseboard like no one had ever cleaned the room. Found some sort of Vape mechanism behind the bed. The vent above the toilet that you turn on in the bathroom fell off while I was taking a shower. My brother's bathtub backed up while he was taking a shower. Their morning continental breakfast was an absolute joke. Pre-made eggs that are in a refrigerator in a third pan, and you have to heat them up in the microwave. No sausage, no bacon. Stale bread and a waffle machine that did not work. This will be the last time I ever stay with Wyndham again. Had a similar instance in Seattle about 5 years ago. They don't care about your well-being at the hotel all they want is your money. My suggestion would be to stay at a Holiday Inn express, Red Roof Inn or motel 8. At least I'll leave the light on for you

NillThe good: very clean and safe. Recent updates to rooms. Easy access to I-94, outlets, and some dining. The bad: Horrible breakfast. This may be because we stayed over Thanksgiving, but I'd plan on eating out for breakfast just in case. Also, our room was blasted by the parking lot flood light all night. They provide blackout curtains in the room, but they can only do so much. Overall, we'd stay here again, but I'd probably request a room on the other side from the parking lot,

NillVery clean, affordable prices with extremely comfortable beds and terrific showers. Wyndham has us sold with Days Inn with all of our travelling needs and we do a lot of it! Thank you Johnson Creek for your hospitality!
