Best Western Plus InnTowner Madison

Excellent stay! Room was clean and bed was very comfy! Complimentary coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. I didn't get a chance to enjoy the free breakfast but it looked amazing! Great location near the hospital and friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were nothing special, some furniture a little worn but clean and functional. Continental breakfast was pretty decent, best part about this hotel is the shuttle, our dad was at the hospital for surgery and the shuttle brought us there for no extra fee!. When we were picked up I asked Dennis our driver about restaurants and he brought us all the way downtown! Very friendly and personable! Called for a pick up and Ken picked us up and brought us back to the hospital. He was also very friendly and welcoming. I would stay at this placed for that service alone!

Positive: Good room and bathroom. Everything was clean. Great breakfast. Nice pool, hot tub and workout room. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Negative: Our HVAC unit did not work correctly! Nothing we did, including turning it OFF, worked. The furnace kept pumping out the heat to 76F. Very hot. Told the front desk when we checked out and she said, "I'll let maintenance know." Very dismissive.

This hotel has become home-away-from-home for the past months as we battle health concerns at the VA Hospital. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet. The staff is amazing. I would like to give a special shout out to the desk staff, Mitch and Dwyn . They recognize your needs and make sure they are met. They are kind, accommodating and just plain nice. The breakfast is good and restaurant for dinner is good and reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. It was overall a great experience. The rooms were very clean. The hotel offered a great free breakfast that had a lot of variety and the staff was very friendly. I'm not sure if this is offered all the time but we were staying during a football week. There was free beer, hotdogs, chips, and pasta salad during the afternoon time. They also offered a free shuttle to the game. We didn't know of their offerings when we booked our stay. It was a nice surprise. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

As soon as my Rick and I entered hotel, graciously greeted by Mitch! So congenial and made us feel like we all were long time friends! Promptly got us set up with room and was available through the rest of his shift to assist with anything and everything I know that we will see more of him in near future but for now....huge "thank you Mitch". Made being away from home much easier!

Everyone we talked to was very nice. It was great that this hotel was so close to the hospital. The shuttle back and forth to the hospital was great and so easy. Thank you for offering this. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Great location for hospitals and university. Service was very good, especially Dennis and Ken, the hospital shuttle drivers. Great service for hospital patients and families. Food at Highland Cafe was also very good. I’d stay here again if needed.
