We had a pool party on Good Friday, the pool area was very clean and the hostess area was clean and set up nicely. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating and even tossed the football around with the kids that were in the pool! Thank you for making our experience a good one!

Clean Quiet Room.... definitely recommended to anyone looking for a weekend getaway. minutes away from restaurants and shopping in Wisconsin's near Northwoods. downside is breakfast is served only until 9am. but overall great value for the money.

The owner and staff are great, treated with respect and felt welcomed. Clean and well maintained room. Breakfast was good. Thank you we will be back!

The manager was very kind and helpful. The room was not in the best condition. Be sure to manage your expectations for “free breakfast”. By 8 am there was not much available and no one came to replenish anything either morning we were there.

The room and beds were comfortable and warm. They also had enough coffee in the lobby when the carafe was missing from the coffee pot in the room, which I appreciated

Charged a whole night for incidentals plus what I paid on priceline. Also room was missing light bulbs and fire alarms. Floors dirty, staff was amazing corey was so welcoming. I will visit again, just need to watch for extra charges. Didn't use pool

Positive: Manager and staff were friendly and helpful. Showed genuine concern to rectify issues I uncovered to improve futue stays. Comfortable bed, clean sink, tub & toilet. Nice sized room. The breakfast was good. Hotel has a pool/Jacuzzi. Convenient location. Negative: 1/4 - 1/2" reddish spots on bottom sheet, bath towel 5" hole, filthy dust rag on top of cabinet, honey container near baseboard of bed, bugs on top of A/C unit, A/C didn't cool at night, rusty refrig that froze fresh produce, side entrance not secured.

Mrs Rita was great, very helpful and knowledgeable, on day two, Dejonce (spell?) was as great as Mrs Rita. I will stay here every time I visit Merrill.
