Absolutely frustrated. There is no human at the desk. You have to use a kiosk with and video chat with them in Pakistan. Unbelievable!!!!! No one at the front desk. No breakfast. No one to help with issues. No receipts because there is no one there. When I expressed my displeasure, they said they would call someone to come in. Not going back there again. Called choice hotels customer service. The owner responded saying these things weren't true, but let me assure you. I am in hotels every night. ALL of this is exactly correct.

My husband and I booked a king bed with a pull out bed for our children. My husband got a random confirmation for 2 double beds. My husband called and questioned it and was told a manager would call him the next day. 3 days passed and no answer. I called to question and asked the status and was told this is what is happening (2 queens) because there was an emergency. I wish the staff would have told us this. The gal and I were almost arguing over the phone as she told me I’d have to cancel 24 hrs before my visit if I wasn’t happy with it but she would try and resolve the issue. I felt like they were penaltizing us and it wasn’t our fault. The bathroom was a bit gross. Very outdated. There were stains on our sheets, I couldn’t tell if it was blood or not. The pull out bed did not have sheets. We called the front desk and a lady came to put them on. We were thankful for that. And she was fast. It seemed like she was the only one working. We had to check in on a kiosk outside in the walk way. It was a bit odd. Didn’t seem very personable. There were signs that said “use kiosk” and it was a live person from what looked like their home? Conveinence to food and gas stations were nice. I wouldn’t stay again, I don’t think it was worth $125.

Positive: Easy on, easy off the highway. Great price. Very friendly help at the welcome desk. Negative: The bedspread/comforter had holes in the outer layer in several spots. There was a little old in the bathroom on the ceiling. (Otherwise the room was very clean.)

The check-in was at a kiosk in the vestibule. The staff was remote. (First one for me)! The Lodge was clean and quiet. There is a patio in a court yard that has Edison lights strung up if you want to sit outside at night. The pool/hotub was out of order. The bedroom and appliances were clean. Freezer needs to be defrosted. We barely had room to put our ice packs in. The matress was firm, and there was no sign of bugs. The bathroom decor was an early 80's throwback, I think. Could definitely need a renovation. They even had a bottle opener mounted on the vanity. (Which was cracked). The shower had great water pressure. The tub/tiles needs to be reglazed as it's peeling. The breakfast was only waffles, cereal, and breads. No eggs or meats. Juice machine out of order too. Overall, great pricing, clean, and no smells. We would stay here again.

Positive: "" Negative: Using KIOSK to replace front desk support after hour is horrible! Heater fan never clean and is noisy; you can hear noise from neighbor room. I will never stay at this motel again.
