I want to share how lovely Brittany and the girls at the reservation desk have been. A few months ago, I called multiple times with questions re: booking on the app. Staff were incredibly patient and kind. Needed help figuring out payment again today. Brittany was so cheerful! I truly appreciate how hard hotel staff work -especially with the disrespectful behaviors they endure each day. We are very much looking forward to our stay tonight! -Carey Briggs

Nice place, and clean. Some things weren't perfect, close to the highway and could here some of the loud trucks quite well. Shower floor slopes the wrong way. Good breakfast in the morning.

The Hampton Inn and staff were wonderful. My husband had an unexpected stay in Aspirus hospital and I needed a room at the last minute and then for another 2 nights. The front desk receptionists were exceptional and very helpful with my uncertainty each morning as to whether I would need a room for that evening. There were 3 women that were wonderful and 2 of them were Nikki and Brittany but unfortunately I didn't get the name of the 3rd. Kudos to all. The rooms were all very nice and would highly recommend and the breakfast as well (the woman in charge of that was also very friendly and efficient!)

Positive: Great cleanliness and quality of bedding and pillows. Negative: The toilet in the hotel room and lobby had very low toilets. This short stool is physically harder for elderly people to get Anand off of.We weren't given website to connect our phones to. TV stations in rooms were awful. All basic and disappointing.

I’ve stayed here for about a month this year for work. I thought I was always lucky when it comes to not having snow on my car to clean off in the morning and dreaded using the low quality rental car brush. This morning as I was walking to my car I noticed someone walk past with a leaf blower. As I heard that familiar leaf blower whine in the distance I made the connection. I wasn’t lucky. They were cleaning off cars. In my 30 or so years on this earth it never once occurred to me to use a leaf blower to clear snow off a car. They took it a step further and used one to clear 50-100 customer cars before 7AM. I’ve always picked this place over closer hotels to my work site because it feels so much like my second home. The foresight to clear off customer cars is next level customer service. 5 stars

Very worth the stay. The hotel is modern-feeling, clean and well-kept. So was the room. While the room was a bit small, it had everything we needed. There was a nice little writing desk and an actual, enclosed closet, which isn't always the case in a room like this. Comfortable bed and a pretty big TV. The service is really where this property shines. The staff were gracious, respectful, professional, kind and friendly. We were able to check in early with no hassle or extra charges. There were checkers and other games in the lobby for passing the time. There was a beverage station in the lobby at all hours and happy hour cookies! The continental breakfast was tasty with a lot of options and the staff member working it (I didn't catch her name) was incredibly friendly. She offered us leftover cookies as the breakfast shift was ending! There was a nice little market in the lobby in case you needed a snack, medicine or other travel necessities. I felt like this property really went above-and-beyond to care for us.

Had a one night stay for work related reasons. Hotel was really nice - it looks like it’s been recently remodeled/refreshed so while the outside is reminiscent of old Hampton inns, the inside is modern and consistent with newer build Hamptons. Room was cozy - had a moveable desk, which was great because I needed desk space. Printing was available and they let me use the three hole punch, which I appreciated. I would stay here again if in the area.

Everyone was very friendly, especially the morning breakfast attendants. Breakfast was great. The pool room was clean with towels stocked. I wish the shower head in our room wasn't so trashy. It barely worked, plus it was covered in pink mold. I hate that you can't control the fan on the A.C. unit. It made it very difficult to sleep since you could hear everything all night.. The housekeepers need to step up their game when cleaning the rooms.
