We had originally booked on another complex and got switched to MS 102 as the other owner had sold their apartment. The apartment is very well located. Elevator down to an entrance directly onto skiway to eikhorn lift (2 mins ski) or a 5 minute walk to main lift. Right by the ice rink and all town activities and restaurants. Parking in building.||Large lounge/dining room and main bedroom plus a den with a bunk bed. Very well stocked with all kitchen appliances etc. only thing to be aware of is the the apartment opens to an open area above some stores on the first floor - but safe and convenient. ||We really enjoyed the stay!!

We stayed in condo 306. It is a two bathroom, main bedroom and bunk room. On first glance it is small and well equipped and well located. I have mixed views as the price is good for this time of the year but there are just so many annoying little things I think next time we'll just pay more. The dishwasher was broken - well ok, this was explained and ultimately didn't matter. The condo is advertised with a spa bath - if you are a seven year old you fit otherwise it's just a small space under a shower. The couch is one of the oldest I've seen in the valley and slops in a way you can really feel yourself sliding off. The bunk room is great but as the room is so hot (we never turned in the heating in the condo) the top bunk is difficult to sleep in. There was also no humidifier in the room so coupled with the heat it was generally uncomfortable. There is a ski cupboard but it's not heated and is small so not able to leave boots overnight. And service - well you are only serviced by a main resort number. When I called for a bell boy I was told he'd called in sick. When we called to have resort transfers arranged we were just given a phone number (all other front desks book for you!) and when the room is serviced it's just fresh towels and trash removal. Not even the floor swept of cushions tidied. So, mixed feelings as the stay in BC was great but not sure this is the best place to stay.

We stayed in unit 102. Definetly the best location in Beaver Creek. The apartment is very comfortable, the master room is large and with a huge bathroom. There is a second room with a private bathroom and a connecting den that will easily sleep another 2 persons. So 6 will sleep very comfortably. The lounge area has a fireplace, and very comfortable sofa and lounge chairs. Dinning room sits 6. There is a half bath near the entrance. ||||This apartment is right in the center of Beaver Creek, walking distance from dinning, entertainment and from the skiing area. It comes with a parking that can be reached from you elevator. Entrance to the area of the apartment is through an elevator with a private code. Free internet access. Maid service is excellent. ||||Best deal in town

Best Location in Beaver Creek. We have stayed at other places in the Village, and this is by far the best place we have found! The owners are incredible..very hands on. We stayed in 208 Market Square in Beaver Creek.,,,it was a 4 bedroom, very spacious condo in the center of the Village. It was an amazing location. We would ski out every morning. And at night, we sat on the heated floor balcony which overlooked the village ice skating rink. It was so nice to be able to watch our kids ice skate, while we watched them from the balcony.. We had 2 other families with us, and it was very cost effective for the area. It was worth every dollar. Our family and friends have decided we are going back there every year!

My kids and I stayed here for spring break - thought it was more of a true ski in ski out condo, but it isn't. |Also, when booking, I asked about a hot tub - and was assured that it was right next door and a short walk. It isn't. It is at the Osprey, and surely isn't walkable in winter! |Like that Market Square is by the ice rink, but I wouldn't have chosen to stay here if I understood the hot tub situation. We had some other issues with our unit- the heat especially- so not very happy with the value for amount of money spent.

The location of Market Square Lodge is unbeatable. It is directly across the ice skating rink from the Hyatt. Great with young kids staying so close to the center of everything. 100 feet from ski school, and many restaurants right downstairs. No need to leave the village. Suites are spacious and beautiful. Although pricey, you get what you pay for. The hyatt was more expensive for a regular hotel room, whereas we had 2 bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, and full kitchen. Would definitely stay at Market Square again.

This condo (206) totally met our family needs. Right in the center of village almost on top ice skating rink. Easy to transport the whole family up to the mountain with the two new escalators installed in fall of 2013. The ski school is off the first escalator - BONUS! The condo does get hot but cracking the windows was an easy solution. Easy to put your name in at various restaurants in the village. Then stroll the village or just hang back at the pad. Parking included and access to hot tub and spa via resort amenities.

Just stayed here with family for spring break. Four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Can’t beat the location which is what you’re paying for. Place is currently pending sale for $3m and needs serious updating. We had issues with sewer smells from 2 of the bathrooms. Check in was over an hour delayed. The trash wasn’t taken out. The toaster had broken handles. For the price we were paying should’ve been better. We love Beaver Creek but will choose other accommodations next year.
