Fantastic location, but some serious flaws. I completely agree with the other reviews regarding the bed situation. Pillows and mattresses feel like they're straight from the 70s. Terrible. None of us slept well at all. Also, you have to go to their headquarters downtown Breck to physically check-in and get your keys, etc. The funny thing is, we didn't need keys as it's a standard keypad entry. Why do I need to waste time checking in? Get up to date. No one else requires you to be physically present in an office to check in. I rent up here at least twice a year, if not more, and this truly has been the worst process of any rental agency/company I've used. The people are nice and all, but that doesn't matter if they're unfortunately outdated in the way they handle check-ins. They need to look at their competition and change a lot. I won't rent here again until they update their process and bedding. The houses themselves are great. Nice layout, cozy, good decor, updated features, but the checking in and bedding kills this for me. Also, you share the hot tub with 4 other units. Ew. Not a ton you can do about that, just another negative compared to other rentals in the area.

We had a fantastic stay! My husband and I went with another couple. Plenty of privacy for everyone. The hot tub in the snow was unforgettable. Comfy beds, beautiful decor, great kitchen. The view is breathtaking! Thank you for being so accommodating, we will be back!

The beds are awful. The pillows are equally terrible and stained (we learned when changing pillow cases searching for a pillow which was tolerable). So much to love about this rental. But, If you can’t sleep it’s not worth it. I would stay here again if the owner confirmed they replaced all the mattresses and pillows. Otherwise, stay away.
