NillMy previous post was obviously deleted. Even if you never wanted to learn how to tap dance, you will living here with the cockroach infestation. They are everywhere. There are police raids all the time, people in rooms with dozens of people, prostitutes, drug dealers. If you are a Community Bridges client that was placed here, please files complaints not about Community Bridges doing this to you, but the State needs to know about this place as well. You're safer on the street.

NillI stayed here for free with the mercy care program for 3 weeks while I found housing. Honestly was shocked this is what my insurance would pay for…. The price of the rooms is insane because for the same price you can go somewhere wayyyyy better! Somewhere that’s very clean safe comfortable and has free hot breakfast and laundry !. This motel made me very uncomfortable just because how dirty it is they are roach infested roaches crawling all over the walls every day and night I was here the bed cover had blood stains and all kinds of gross stains on them it was dirty I didn’t use the microwave at all and only put bottled water in the fridge because the roaches get into the fridge as well the toilet was nasty I had to squat every time I wouldn’t even sit on it covering the seat with toilet paper! The shower was like a prison shower I imagine… it’s like a water hose without the attachment you’d see in someone backyard and the tub was nasty too. I didn’t use any of the drawers at all !!!! All my stuff stayed in my duffle bag zipped shut on an open shelf didn’t put anything in any cabinet or dressers and definitely did not even attempt to use that kitchen or microwave. I had people try to open my door multiple times I had knocks at my door from random tweakers I saw the police come damn near every single day arresting people ambulance frequently shows up as well . The drapes in the windows were very thin and see through so I always felt like people could look in especially being on the first floor right next to the office ….My AC worked and it got super cold but you can’t adjust the temp at all so either your freezing or super hot . The couple who runs the place are very nice and I’m grateful for my stay it was free for me and I’d honestly never pay to stay here especially not $100 a night that seems almost criminal for what this place is. A lot of tweakers and drug addicts are in this direct area as well. I’d only see fit for people who get to stay here for free and even then I kinda feel bad for them. I would never recommend anyone to pay for a room like these it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Overall it’s so ghetto and dirty roach infested bed bugs as well and unsafe area with a lot of addicts and police presence

NillThere is an extremely sad issue on this property. I want to SHARE MY HEART HERE. MENTAL Heath clinics offer the Collonade refuge from the BRUTAL HOT streets of Arizona. Great right! Not so much! People are given vouchers to an environment of harassment.. noise levels that no one in authority handle .. at all. The office staff do the basics. They work with what they are given. I know for a FACT that black mold rests like a heavy wet sickness in two of the rooms I have stayed in. Just talking on this is not enough. ACTION IS REQUIRED OR PEOPLE WILL SUFFER. ITS evident that this property has not had the building properly maintained.. I assure you behind the walls here.. there is just more building deteriorating. Yet what's more important here is simple... When people stay here. Its dangerous. The A/C leak much... Onto carpet that is filthy. German cockroaches own colonade. I know the employees hands are tied on being able to serve people with just basic motel to routine. The owners of the property MUST TAKE NOTE.. YET I KNOW THE OWNERS ARE AWARE OF THE ISSUES. TURNING an eye to proper care of people just on a human level must happen. Colonade keeps the Mesa PD busy. On purpose. Truth is... The owners of the property must be held accountable. Accountable for what? Well .. accountable to the LAW that is put in place to prevent such ocurrences doesn't apply here. The problem here is being inside is better than being in the heat. People must be given other options. Especially mental health people. I choose to not overlook the obvious. It's super sad that this is the truth.

NillSpacious room and mostly quiet/peaceful. Some people were doing questionable things nearby when I came to visit. Room smelled nice. Shower worked well. Staff wasn’t super friendly to me for no reason. I was going to get my own room after visiting a good friend and business partner, but I changed my mind after two people in the office were very abrupt and cold toward me. No coffee or anything in front lobby. Nice large parking lot. Close to bus stops and not too far from lightrail. Pet and therapy assistive animals allowed under certain conditions.

NillAbsolutely disgusting. The walk to the room was terrifying. The room floor and walls were covered in roaches. The beds were swarming with bed bugs. Beds and comforters had stains and blood on them. Not to mention the empty vile in the freezer. Do not stay here we checked in and I cried and we I left and slept in the car. Do NOT STAY HERE
