Motel

I was very impressed with the new managment. |Jeff and Dawn have only been there a few weeks when I visited.|I can say it was quiet at night. No bed bugs. Clean bathroom. The new crew seemed very busy fixing things and cleanimg. The mantanence man was very helpful with fixing the draft from the a/c unite. Both Dawn and Jeff are good at there job.|I will come back.

I've spent a lot of time here over the last 4 years overall it's a decent place some rooms you have to share a bathroom but it's well kept good security cameras a dumpster overall pretty quiet a decent place I've even had my kids here never too many problems they give you your privacy and chances work with you paying the rent they're polite they sell sodas in the office they' give tissue and cleaning supplies if you wish to clean your own room they also have microwaves and you can rent by the week which is nice in hands down the cheapest on a price for nightly rates which makes it hard to get in because they're generally booked up I love it definitely my top pick on Colfax!

Worst place I have ever seen and been to in my life. EVERYONE smokes CRACK here. My auntie who just got out of jail needed a quick place to stay has been missing from this place for FIVE days now. The "manager" was so high off crack she couldn't even help us out with any information and my family and I had to call the police. PLEASE DONT EVER STAY HERE AND LET ANYONE YOU KNOW STAY HERE, IT MAY BE THE LAST TIME YOU EVER SEE THEM. (I only rated this five stars so many people would get the chance to see this!!!)

This motel is AWFUL. The management is rude and abusive. This motel should be shut down. To say it LIGHTLY.This motel has bed bugs and is very filthy.. The abusive management has ZERO compassion and ZERO remorse.The management lies and denys any bed bugs. This a real problem that will only continue with management that denies and lies about their bed bug issues. The abusive attitude from the management was an awful experience. Their yelling and the blame game was out of controll. The management is abusive to disabled people. I have absolutely NOTHING positive to say about my stay.

Classic examples of you get what you pay for and bait and switch program!!! I went in the office to rent a room for myself, my girlfriend,her kid,and a creepy Uncle. The woman husband I'm assuming is the property manger. After she had already collected money and let us in the room he came to collect an additional$50 saying she had not collected enough. Not only that, when she checked us in she said it room wouldn't be ready until the next day and put is in a smaller room for one night. We never got the bigger room or any money b back for all 4 if us being in the same room with one bed. Run away from here if you can. If it's all your can afford be careful!!!!!

Under new management. Rooms are clean and it’s nice and quiet. No drug dealers or people causing problems. People who are here are willing to help to make your stay swell.

Have not stay there but had a proplem with a hotel I was staying in. If you have lived there for 30 consecutive days you have established residency. They can't just kick you out. They have to evict you. Look into it.

No because they don't have no place where they can play and they don't do room to room cleaning do cleaning when you move out so I don't recommend nobody to not answer you just have to it's good for cars the rent is 300
