Airway Motel

Terrible Management and rooms are small. Noise outside all night. There is a convenience store across the street from the Motel but questionable to walk there after dark. I paid cash for the room but it was cold and they had a little space heater that kept shorting out. Terrible! Wouldn't recommend. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Don't waste your time and money. The most unsanitary motel and overpriced. Rooms are filthy. Overwhelming cigarette/ash tray smell and rats crawling in the rooms. Night front desk representative is very rude. Attempted to enter the room while my spouse was getting dressed. If I can give this place negative 5 stars I'll won't hesitate. This place needs to.be shut down before someone get hurt.

LOVE the place! The new owner Mr. BK is a very fair and understanding Man who takes pride in the property and keeps a very CLEAN place., Love the flavor of the neighborhood ,a very mixed and lively place to stay for fun and games😉

Manager is very nice and was working with tenets that were behind 2 weeks on rent. Not bug infested either actually pretty clean. Also the divided rooms were nice for privacy with a family.

Few roaches but the place is visually appealing on the inside. Beds are comfy. Its rather nice considering the area. Ive only see the cops there once and that wasnt over a tenant. Some stranger was trespassing wnd their were enforcing their rules. Full of families at the moment so its not a super horrible place.

My wife and I were attending The University of Denver Homecoming and made a mistake on hotel reservations. We wanted to stay close to the University but were concerned about prices. All the hotels nearby were either full or over $250 a night. We stopped at this motel and the price was right. However, the room was extremely small, the shower had no water pressure, and it was noise. The old adage "you get what you pay for" was never so appropriate. We saved a few dollars but our stay was sub-standard.

The motel is in a very drug infested part of town. The guests consist of drug dealers, dope heads, and prostitutes. The police is always there. You don't feel safe there. People selling drugs right out of the rooms.

Clean a little outdated but its home for now.... Was there for four months in a 2 bedroom ... Room 2 kept up good managment quiet. Safe. No cops u like it's neighbor the western...
