Very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the rooms when considering the reputation of Colfax hotels...the staff were open and super friendly 😀 Monica wasted no time welcoming with open....."arms" granted there were the usual crackheads, tweezers, workin gals , pimps? Bluesers and more gang bangs in one night than if ever seen or heard in my life ...the sounds kept us nearly every night I smoke I developed a wicked Kauf and was worried I contracted something more sinister like covid 19 or whooping Kauf ...all in all I would say here again when the renovated remodels are finished on the west side rooms...o_KAyY

The Weekly is a wonderful stay, where the guest and staff almost share a personal familiarity. And neighbors that provide the missing pieces to my monthly stay! Thank you for letting me stay for another week. At $410/Month plus $100 deposit how could I go wrong. Thank you sincerely R.G.Sullivan

there was cockroaches In the rooms little white bugs in the bathroom the Wi-Fi sucked there was a really bad cigarette smell it got into are stuff and there was some yellow stuff on the roof

I have stayed on and off here for almost two years and the management is the best! I love Maria and Chris. They are the best managers that I have ever seen. I see all these bad reviews and I know it's because the tenants are not doing what they are supposed to do like anywhere else that they stay at which is pay your rent on time and be a courteous tenant. The management works hard to keep this place a nice place to stay and they don't get any thank you for it. If you want a run down drug infested, bug infested, gang shooting motel well you found the wrong place. Go next door. This place is for people that want to feel safe. There are families with children, single woman and single men just trying to work and have a safe and happy life. I have been here for a month now and love it. If you have a problem here, well you have a problem with something your doing and that's why you can't make it not the managements fault. Get it straight. Whoever put on here about bed bugs, there are none ! You must have bed bugs or you are just saying bad things about this motel. Like I said I have been on and off here for two years and they are lies. I wish the management would get more credit.

Currently staying here in room 205 temporarily, just moved to Colorado. The new management is excellent and really helpful. They are doing a super great job of cleaning the place up. The only drawback is that the rooms dont have kitchenettes like advertised. But the new management is great.

Reading these negative comments from people cannot be farther from the truth. I stayed here for a week and as soon as I got here they were very nice to me and helped me out when I needed it. The managers here are very nice and very helpful about stuff if you need it, the night manager Chris even helped me with bus money one day when I was broke so I could get to work. The room was clean, very spacious, had a microwave, and refrigerator, and a comfortable bed. Also I never saw anything with drugs from anybody here, not from the managers or even tenants. So I don't understand all these negative reviews because this place is nice, the people are nice, and the management is willing to help you as much as they can. If you have fell on hard times, in between housing, or just need a getaway for the night, then don't shy away from this place

It's not that bad if you like to pay a lot for a 1 star hotel has cops there constantly and cant have guest after 10 I was told there's nicer places in Denver for cheaper

To be real honest the rooms are under construction.rooms are cleaned in a more constant manner.they were pretty dirty when new managers got here. they all have now been cleaned and only get cleaner. the managers do not allow illegal drugs or illegal drug related activities . And will report all to law enforcement .For that the environment is great. I will say that there reviews from people who went to jail on here. Any problems with the room should of been reported and it would of been handled.to post a stab back for weakly written reviews would be childish , staff is great people around there are quite people as is the motel. NO Bugs No Roach .
