Quincy Inn

I'm not very sensitive but it's really horrible. The rooms are in desperate need of repair and the towels were dirty. The TV was not working and the battery of the fire alarm was almost dead (constant ringing). I suppose they never saw their rooms or just don't care. And unfortunately hospitality is non-existent. 70 Dollars per night is way too overpriced for something like that.

It was over 20 flies in our room but it was too late to change and go home

During my stay a rat invaded my belongings quite often. The staff was not friendly or accommodating when I complained about a rat eating my food and dragging my socks into a hole in the base boards. They suggested I go somewhere else and charged me full price for a week. Lost my home to a house fire. Red cross paid for a week of rat infestation and poor hospitality.

Need to show more Improvement on detail the walls need to be painted and continuously check for mildew and mold but other than that everybody is nice and the location is nice because it's quiet

This place is in need of many repairs. It has roaches and rats. It smells musty and there was no clean towels or sheets if you stay more than 1 day. There are holes in the ceiling, rotted flooring under the carpet, missing door knob on bathroom door, missing smoke detector and general disrepair of the whole place. Area of town questionable. Near train tracks

Honestly, I usually think a lot of negative reviews are Bullshit but this one's legit. bugs are indeed present, Wi-Fi is non-existent for half the motel, and the neighborhood is bad. Like fights, screaming, police, train rail close, loud rap music bad. Pretty cheap though for $45 but not worth it. I'll check out the other motels in town for my next night.

Honestly, I only stayed there because my group was in a bind and we couldn't find any vacancies in Jacksonville. That being said, the management (new?) is terrible -- not only did i get a bed bug infestation from my brief one night stay, but I was also yelled at and consequently had my phone calls ignored when I called the inn to alert them to their bug problem. It's one thing to have bed bugs, it's another thing to not care after you've been informed.

Nasty, water didn't work, smells and everything (towels and rags) is dirty. The people are rude and refused to refund any money even though we Couldn't shower.
