High Falls Inn and Suites

Loveee it here!!! Me and my husband go get away and we love to come here all the time very nice clean Space full sometimes I can even bring my kids. The people there is so amazing literally friendly and amazing love them!! I can even bring my dog the housekeeper is nice and amazing and very hard-working we love it here!

Recently renovated, the owners and staff are kind and easy to work with, the area is quiet and is close to high falls state park and waterfall with a family dollar/dollar tree across the street. The rooms were clean and renovated in the last couple years.

Wonderful hotel..I really enjoyed my stay...The rooms were recently remodeled with very comfortable pillow top mattresses.... fresh paint......and updated furniture....Located just off of I 75 mile marker 198.... conveniently 1 mile from the interstate....large parking lot with truck parking.....This hotel is pet friendly as well with a very nice office staff that is very accommodating.....Very family friendly and safe...I would definitely stay here again....

Affordable rooms(mini apartments ,and rooms are quaint, comfortable, quiet mostly...staff sure Awesome!! And The national park is sell around you!? Me and my fiance are totally blessd to have found this place! God is Good❤

This is a really nice hidden gem! The rooms have been recently redone and are very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The cost is reasonable and it's just a couple minutes off 75. After the night…. The shower was very nice with good pressure and the nozzle up around 7’. A big plus. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. (Neighbors/traffic) My only complaint is that when I got into the shower my feet created very very black footprints….. even after just walking out into the room as a test for 1 minute then back into the wet shower. It was so bad it was unnerving. I went from 4 stars to 2 due to this. Bummer…. As this place could be really a nice quiet stay….. The picture of my floor towel that I wetted and went from the bathroom to the window and back under my foot walking normal. 🤮

I have lived here for 4 months and plan to stay. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and are always ready to help you with anything you might need. The rooms are very clean and updated. The other guests are mostly working people. They are very nice and have offered to help me on several occasions. They do gather together after work to talk and enjoy the night but they always split up at a reasonable hour and they gather at the Pavillion so not to disturb any of the other guests. I would and do recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay that is clean and friendly. I would give it the highest rating.
