Budget Inn

Moving from a different state to start over. I have been staying here for over a year. This is the place to stay and get your life back on track before you move throughout Georgia. I will never forget where I came from or started at. It's very convenient! They even got a laundry mat. You have to be creative wherever you go to make yourself comfortable even in fancy places. The owners are very kind and cameras are everywhere around it! They monitor it and I love that! Very safe.Also, there's plenty of industrial jobs/temp service walking distance from this hotel. Great location for my relaxation. I'm grateful...

The only reason they are getting a star is cause i kits the bath towels and the younger girl with the baby who works the front desk... Other then that this place is awful. No hot water no lighting in the room only one dim light hanging over the bathroom sink and there was a used condom left on the shelf next to where the bath towels was placed. Oh and there was no door knob at all. Just awful i ended leaving half way through the night. Refused to sleep on the sheets

Horrible. Plumbing was backed up the entire time. Tub was filthy. Door was put back together poorly and cut me and my wife while trying to shut the door. Asked for a refund and was denied. And we was only there for 10 mins. Don't recommend for anyone.

Mr. Chase and his family snore so loud it would likely tear the roof of this luxury establishment. Nevertheless, I an proud to call such deluxe accommodations my home. And they never complain when I've got a snoot full.

Its decent for the price there are a few roaches but its usually pretty clean most of the beds and pillows are older and there are never enough towels or toilet paper

I have never stayed at this "inn". Everytime I pass by this place the dude that owns it, I assume, is busting his butt taking care of business. In the mornings I see the old cleaning lady wheeling her cart, and in the afternoons I see the owner sweeping the lot. At least they are diligent right? Ok so I know this place looks like Norman Bates summer retreat, but come on at least the dude provides free WiFi. And the convenience store next door may have lost their lottery privileges but they still have slightly above room temp beer. 🍻 If you've seen this review then you know it's the cheapest place in town. If that's what you're looking for then you've already decided that end of the road is where you wanna be. At least it's quiet.

Despite it's appearance and location, you shouldn't judge this motel by its looks. The owner's are very nice and you can tell they put there heart and soul into making this a respectable place to stay!

Most of the rooms are raggedy and infested with bed bugs. They need to be condemned and closed down. The owners are rude and unprofessional. The owners do not have set rates therefore the prices are based on who you are and how the owners are feeling on that particular day.
