Son stayed here got eaten alive by bed bugs I called the state said they could not inspect the room that wasn't empty he keeps them full purposely

I've stayed at a lot of motels and I have to say that this is by far the worst I've ever stayed due to bed bugs the kitchenette being broke without a refund and having to call the cops to get my money back after finding Giant bed bugs in my room. The sink was clogged the water wasn't hot, and kids ran up and down the hallways like it's a daycare. Out of every Hotel I've been to I will never return to this one and would rather stay under a bridge. You're better off going across the street.

This place should be shut down. It's filthy. Health Department is all I have to say. I don't know how they are still in business. Hopelessness is real. Those are the only people who stay there at the moment because they need to.

Humidity smelling in the room, bugs. This motel needs a serious attention/maintenance. The question is, who in the government is responsible for check for sanitary acceptance? Big potential health issues. Stay at your own risk.

Do not waste money at this hotel. Stayed here one night there is people who are in the hallways loud music yelling and screaming at each other. The room was filthy hair all in the bathroom the sheets looked like they were just put back not washed no working heater in the room just horrible. Will never stay here again.

This place! The room are filthy people yelling and slamming doors all night fighting. Dogs barking continuously. They do not clean the rooms there is all kinds of trash in the hall ways and in the parking lot. They really need to be shut down. They are running these hotels the way they live in their country! Disgusting! I would recommend steering clear of this junk yard.

The manager is a real piece of work. Tries to treat hard working people like they are nothing. I would suggest any out of town guests find a reparable hotel to stay in if you come to Carrollton. These are nothing but flea bag hotels trying to take advantage of people. Stay clear way. I wish I could give it no stars.

Pretty scummy motel and the owners are no better. They had no problem letting someone into my room that didn't have a key nor were they listed as a guest in the room and didn't think to stop this person from stealing every single thing i owned in the room. At least this is what must have happened if they themselves didn't take my belongings. My car was also broken in to and someone attempted to steal it by shoving a screw driver into my steering column. Management didn't seem to notice this either even though it was right outside the office. Take my advice and stay next door at The Royal. The owner is the sister to the Crown's owner but they actually take care of their guest and keep an eye on things to make sure you're safe.
