Royal Inn

We recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel while attempting to book a room for someone in need of temporary shelter. Over the course of trying to secure the booking, we were given inconsistent and conflicting information, which led to four separate visits to the property. Each time, the staff presented new and different rules, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration. When we were finally able to book a room, the manager was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude and difficult to deal with—for absolutely no reason. To be honest, we couldn’t shake the feeling that their behavior was motivated by prejudice or racism, which made the situation deeply uncomfortable and disheartening. Although the hotel had many rooms available, they deliberately placed the individual we were booking for in a room at the back of the property rather than in a more well-lit and safer area. This decision seemed entirely unnecessary and inconsiderate, further adding to the negative experience. This establishment is far from deserving of even a 1-star rating. It’s a small, poorly managed “hole in the wall” where kindness and basic decency appear to be nonexistent. The only reason we went through with the booking was due to the location being critical for the individual’s needs. If you’re considering staying here, I would strongly advise against it. The experience was by far the worst I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t recommend spending even a penny at this place.

This place is extravagant and very clean the service in the front is amazing. They get you in a room quickly and smoothly. They also provide many things in the room such as soap, clean towel, clean buckets, and cups for drinks. They also have fridges and microwave that are usable.

This place was a blessing to me when I needed a place to stay until I found another place. It was a nice clean room and thankfully no bugs. Conveniently located across the street from the grocery store and laundromat. The only issue was the old smell that sat in the room and didn't seem to go away until I cracked the door open for about an hour.

I stopped here in route to my final destination, I love how quiet this location was! I have zero complaints… Judy made sure all my accommodations were met! Will book again! :)

The room was moderately clean, the ac was outdated and there were only four cars outside. The entire building was like a ghost house. My friend and I stayed for one night and the next morning we overslept and they were banging on the door like the police to tell us to get out. Instead of offering us a late checkout or asking if we would like to stay another night, a rude, perturbed Indian woman began shouting “It’s 11:38! We need to clean the room! It’s past checkout!” No wonder they don’t have any business. Overpriced, rude, and terrible customer service. We would have spent another night if they hadn’t of been in such a rush to get us out. They act like they are the Marriott and booked up, when in reality the hotel is empty. They will go out of business soon with employees like that. Terrible customer service. Do not go there!

Not very happy with it. The bed was very uncomfortable (woke up with back pain; and it had no sheets, except for a fitted one;) the staff was rude; there was no fire alarm in the room (a smoking room, at that;) the phone didn't work (couldn't call for wifi password;) the air conditioner is outdated; and the ceiling has cracks, in the bathroom. It was a $95.00 rip-off, and I don't recommend this place.

When I was looking around for decent priced hotels this popped up. I did not look to much into it but when we got into the room it had a little bit of a smell to it for being a non smoking room. The air conditioner was iffy. The wall cutouts for the fridge and microwave were very poorly done and looked rush. Sink/bathroom area wasn't terribly dirty but was not the cleanest. ||However the good thing I can say was the beds were comfortable
