NillI would give this place a negative 5 if possible. Truly a roach motel they are infested. The staff can barely speak English and are very nasty. They want way to much money but don't want to fix anything. Mold all over holes in walls.ost windows don't have screens but the ones that dare all ripped. Dumpster is constantly over filled and garbage sits in driveway 2 feet from rooms. Drug use and dealers there several times a day. I could keep going but save yourself money and time and DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

★This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Some friends and I needed a place to stay after a graduation party and we are by no means the pickiest people when it comes to sleeping arrangements, but this place was DISGUSTING. When you first walked into the room it had an awful smell, there were visibably bugs on the beds/walls, and mud all over the floor. I absolutely cannot believe we paid $200 a night for this room. We winded up sleeping in our car because it was so gross. DO NOT STAY HERE.

★★This is a standard old-style roadside motel with the rooms arranged linearly in a strip facing the parking lot. Think of a Route 66 overnighter from 1955. We were traveling in June, just before the official start of the main tourist season. The on-duty manager told me we could have a room for $125 inclusive - cash only, no receipt. That's one way to get out of paying state/city taxes! I would say that in most parts of the country, it would have been a $30 motel room at most.||||A bare floor led to a spartan bathroom with no shampoo, but a couple of bars of your old motel friend... Cashmere Bouquet. The shower stall was dirty, with mold growing on the shower curtain. Probably because it wouldn't drain.||||Two twin beds were clean enough. No bedbug problems or other critters. The sound insulation was as expected for this kind of place... nonexistent. We listened to some foreign college girls talk and laugh next door until they decided to go to sleep.||||One advantage of the location is that it is set back a bit from Montauk Hwy, so road noise is not a problem (although there isn't a lot of traffic during the night anyway in early June). You are a long walk or short drive from a couple of small eateries in town, or a larger diner a five-minute drive up the highway.||||This location is only to be used when you find yourself having to overnight in the Hamptons area and price is your only priority. Even then, the price will only be inexpensive compared to the other local options... Not to any objective sense of value.

NillFirst off, the owners of this place have no clue how to use their own fax or credit card machine. As i walked in the disgusting "office", the man was sitting in the dark smoking a cigarette, so he had to get up and turn the light on. I checked in and went to the room, which was the smallest thing we had ever seen, nasty shower, looked like a horror movie. Then, we pulled off the covers because we were definitely not sleeping under them, only to find two huge dead spiders between the sheets. We walked to the office to complain and ask for a refund (since we were definitely not staying there at this point) and were followed back to the room by the owner and his wife, both of which thought we were making this up. The wife proceeded to brush the bugs onto the floor and look at us and say "No bugs", and turn around and walk out. We walked back to the office where the two argued in another language so we had no idea what was being said about us. They refused to refund our money, still accusing us of putting the bugs in our own sheets. The man then called his daughter, since he had no idea how to handle this. She also told me that we were probably making this up and just didn't want to stay there because it didn't have the "party crowd" we were looking for. She also said she was going to charge us 50% if we left because it was a holiday weekend, mind you the hotel probably had 3 other rooms filled and many empty rooms available. Our other option was to move to a different room, which was probably filled with bugs also. The manager of the place, who was the only helpful person at this establishment, then came to the office to help us. We stood there as he told the owners himself that they did not know how to run a business and that they had to process my refund. They finally agreed, and when the manager tried to process my refund, he found he needed a pin number to do so. The owners had no clue how to use the machine and did not know the pin. The only person that knew the pin and knew how to process the refund blatantly ignored the rest of our calls because she didn't agree that we should get our money back. So, i am now disputing the charge and reporting this dump to the better business bureau. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOOKING THIS PLACE LIKE WE DID -- NOT WORTH SAVING A FEW BUCKS!!!!

NillStaff it’s super rude they hang up the phone who ever works Thursday morning at 3 AM should be fired no education at all.spot should be closed down and made into something else that how bad the service is and trashy.they hung up the phone me twice.
