NillWhen I arrived at the hotel, I typed “Reservation under my name” on my phone to check in. The staff member looked at it and said, “No English.” I tried saying my name and making gestures, but he barely acknowledged my effort. I’m Deaf/hard of hearing and made several attempts to explain that I couldn’t hear. I asked him to write things down or use gestures, but he kept talking over me like I wasn’t even trying to communicate. At check-in, I was assigned a smoking room. I hadn’t realized that when booking and thought maybe it wouldn’t be too bad. But as soon as I walked in, the room absolutely reeked. It wasn’t just the smell. The walls were stained, the paint was chipping, and no window could open. The room felt neglected, stuffy, and deeply uncomfortable. I went back to the front desk and politely asked to switch rooms. I even said I was willing to pay extra if needed. The staff member’s response? “We’re all booked, but I can spray Febreze for you.” That’s not a real solution, and it felt dismissive and disrespectful. I was on the verge of breaking down. I called my dad for help, and he contacted the hotel. When I returned to the front desk, the same staff member still wouldn’t slow down or adjust his communication in any way I could understand. It honestly felt like he was mocking me at times. I felt humiliated for needing help, like I was being judged for being a “daddy’s girl” just because my dad had to step in and advocate for me. Eventually, I was moved to a better room, but it came at the cost of stress, frustration, and emotional exhaustion. As someone with a hearing disability, I don’t expect special treatment I expect basic communication and courtesy. What I experienced instead was a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you value accessibility, cleanliness, or even simple respect. The pictures attached to this review show the condition of the original room.

NillDon't come here. Sleep in your car. Sleep in the dirt next to the highway. You'll see less bugs and be $180 richer. This is a place where at night, when you shut off the lights and finally will yourself to sleep despite the fact that you've been in abandoned buildings with more upkeep, Sugar Plum Fairy plays faintly and the cockroaches emerge from their nests to dance and picnic. You may find a few like I did, turning up early for the party. Floors look like they haven't been vacuumed since 2020 and your feet turn black from walking around. Bathrooms reek of mold, they are crawling with bugs of all kinds, and everything is so derelict that I had to check Google maps to make sure I wasn't in Silent Hill. Doors barely fit the frames and all are peeling. The rooms are incredibly beat up. The blankets are suspect, threadbare, and the pillows are such that I'm sure I've swapped a few follicles with weary travelers, past and future. All that for a sweet $180 per night. Cough up. I travel a lot. I've been in some bad places. This is unironically, without a shred of exaggeration, the WORST place I've ever stayed. The only redeeming factor at all was the kindness of the 7/11 clerks next door. They were really nice. The next morning we awoke and went to see the front desk. "Mold, what's mold?" Asked the desk clerk. Knowing what I know now, I'd rather sleep in the men's bathroom at the train station.

NillWalked into the room 202 on 06/14/2025 and we found trash left from previous guest and dirt on the floor. The room also smelled even after trying to air it out for a hour and a half then we checked out and tried to get a refund and they told us no. But when u walk into they’re check in area they have a sign that states they’ll charge you 20 dollars an hour or every hour you check in easily or check out late so why couldn’t they take they’re 30 dollars and refund the rest.

NillTerrible! Stayed in room 202 on 6/14/2025. I payed 180 for a room and was extremely disappointed. Pulling up the place looked extremly run down. Going into our room the smell of smoke and stale air hits you. My feet were turning black from the floors, paint chipping off the walls, dirty vents, the ac unit was at 65 and blowing warm air even tho it was making a ton of rattling and noise. Tried to air the room out but it didn’t work. Checked out an hour later and they wouldn’t give us a refund at all. This place needs to be investigated!

★Positive: They have smoking rooms Negative: The reception doesn't speak good English; the rooms are all dingy and dirty and smelly! Worst of all the heating unit made so much noise all night I had to turn it off and chose to freeze so that I can get a good nights rest!

NillThis place needs to be investigated and shut down. The rooms are overpriced the staff barely speak English and were unnecessarily rude. The bathtub was dirty so were the vents. The room could use a fresh paint. It smells even though I got a non smoking room. They don’t clean as they should. Contact your local health department and report them to the better business bureau.

NillThis place is great for fugitives on the run who would like to lay low. At best the rooms are worth $50 or less ONLY to cover you from outside elements! The outside appearance is deceitful. The paint was peeling from the walls, ac/heat was loud with a small wastebasket beneath and bathroom water did not come through the shower. There was no rest in this space , just clock watching until morning. The front desk agent was also very rude and unhelpful. Avoid this place at all cost !!

NillDisgusting room absolutely not sanitary. I booked a non smoking room and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell of cigarette smoke. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and stains all over the bed from who knows what and the door looked like it has been kicked in and not well repaired. Also it didn't feel safe.
