I really like this place and when I come back i will be staying here again. Beds where comfy room was warm and shower was nice. The place may not be "modern" but if i wanted that i'd buy a house here. I'm only here for a few days and this place is nice.

Disappointed. Stayed in Motel Room #4 - had a king and queen bed for 2 people. Carpet was old, worn and stained. Smelled stale. Room was dark - only one bedside lamp to light the whole room. Bathroom sink was full of water upon arrival. Trash receptacle was placed on bathroom counter. Shower/tub was from the '60's and needed a total remodel - could not bring myself to have a much needed shower. After a long day of motorcycle riding, I wanted to enjoy a beverage - no ice available. Next morning, found a small coffee maker in the room but no coffee. No USB's for tech. Hard to find an available outlet. This motel is not ready for guests. Keep driving. We found several lovely looking motels in town that were not listed on Google Maps.

Laundry list of things to improve in the Cabin I stayed in; The rooms did not have a mini fridge or microwave. The wardrobe needs handles installed to function. The bathroom needs a cup. Please add labels to the shower dispenser. Grounds need cleaned up with some minor carpentry and paint. Space beneath the entry door into the elements was huge.

Stayed for two days and it was an absolutely great experience! They were so accommodating and helpful. The cabin rooms were clean and beautifully done. I will definitely be staying there again.

I really wanted to give this place a good review, and for $80 a night I probably would. But it really wasn't worth $289 (over $300 after tax)! The good: Beds are very comfy, sheets are clean, towels are new and fluffy. The bad: a strong musty odor, and old dirty carpet that left my socks brown and greasy. Old linoleum, stained toilet. The "retro" vibe is kind of nifty, but definitely needs more updating.

Garret helped us as the new owner and was very friendly. The cabin we stayed in were clean, cozy, and welcoming. We only stayed one night driving through but enjoyed it so much that we plan to come back for a longer stay next summer. Everything about our stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a nice vacation or just passing through. A little more then an hour away from lake placid and 2 from lake George. Tupper lake has good fishing with boat and kayak rentals without the traffic of the more popular Adirondack lakes.

This was our first time staying at the Park since our honeymoon in 1985. The room and bed were comfortable and the shower hot. It's centrally located to everything we were doing in Tupper Lake that weekend and was perfect for the two of us. And the owner is one of the nicest ladies you'll meet. She has a lot on her plate but took the time to sit and talk with us for a bit.

Came up for the Saranac Winter Festival and the rooms one town over were all $200+. We wanted a place that was safe, sound, comfortable and moderate to low cost. I've stayed in places all over that ADK and this one was one the best values! It had everything we were looking for!|| Is it the Taj Mahal? No. Is it all fancy and brand new? No. We weren't looking to pay for that, and were going be spending most of our time outside of the room anyway. || It was though, very clean, maintained, and the mattress was very nice(we both commented on it lol). It wasn't drafty or smelly. The heat stayed stable even in the winter. The bathroom was huge and spacious. There was a table and chairs I used with my laptop for some off hours work. We used the microwave and fridge, as well as the storage space for our belongings. We didn't really watch the tv so I cannot comment on the channel selection and we had service ( Sprint and Straight Talk, Verizon for work phone) and didn't connect to their wifi. || The staff was friendly and communications throughout the whole process were effective enough to not allow any misunderstandings. || We were very pleased with the value of the room we purchased and wouldn't hesitate to book again. For reference we booked room "A".
