Faust Motel

The little cabins at Faust Motel are absolutely charming! Everything was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. My sister and I stayed for a night while visiting The Wild Center, and it was the perfect choice. The location was ideal—close to our destination with plenty of nearby dining options. Plus, the convenience of booking a one-night stay made our trip even easier. If we ever return to the area for another overnight visit, we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic and cozy cabins to stay and close to different attractions. Mrs Orlando was very welcoming and accommodating with us. Cabin was very clean, beds were super comfortable and the sheets soft. The coffee and donuts were a great addition to our stay We definetly recommend it (specially if traveling with dogs) Will stay again ❤️

Stayed just one night while driving through NYS to a graduation in the North Country. Would not hesitate to return to this cute and well-run establishment again and stay longer. ||Owner Suzanne was friendly and you can tell she cares about her business and her guests. |There were 2 of us traveling (mom and adult daughter) and we booked a half cabin with 2 beds. Check-in was simple following the instructions owner Suzanne sent ahead of time. Our room was clean and tastefully decorated - an Adirondack influence without going overboard on the birch and antlers. The bathroom was small, but very functional and modern. No television in the room, but the WiFi worked well. I was most surprised (and happy) about the quality of the bed linens and the comfort of the mattresses. They were top notch - closer to what I'd expect from a resort hotel than a roadside motel. ||In the morning coffee and donuts were served for guests. Don't say no to the donuts - they are local and delicious!

Stayed one night during the summer after my husband & I dropped our son off at camp... Cute cottages! Very clean, recently renovated, has air conditioning & mini fridge. There's a common building where you can get coffee and games/books... The owner was super nice. Would definitely come back again!

Stayed here one night while passing through on a motorcycle trip across several states. Spotlessly clean room and amenities; great location for nearby drinks and dinner, (fantastic food truck pizza) and all in a lovely little town. Suzanne was very friendly and engaging. I knew when I left it would be the best (by far) of the 8 places I stayed on this trip - and was it ever!

Had another great stay at Faust Motel last weekend. Stayed in the Brick House and it was perfect! Clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Have also stayed in the cabins - also clean, comfortable and so cute. The owners are friendly and there for anything you may need.

Easy five stars for this cozy and adorable place. Our little cabin was spotlessly clean. It was decorated in a mix of vintage and Adirondack style. Everything was in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. We slept well. The shower was nice, and I appreciated that they had dispensers of soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash instead of wasteful little plastic bottles. They have a lounge cabin with sofas, a coffee maker and donuts. They also have a fire pit. One thing to be cognizant of is that they don't have televisions. But I will stay here again if I return to Tupper Lake.

Faust motel is a simple, charming friendly and cozy little getaway close to the brewery and local attractions. Will be staying again soon.
