Sunset Park Motel of Tupper Lake

The CUTEST! We booked this place last minute, sight-unseen, along our road trip. We chose the 2 double bed room. When we arrived I was so pleasantly surprised! Right on the lake with a beautiful floating dock right next to a giant park. The room and bathroom was spotless, very clean and beds are super comfy. The place is adorable! Check in and out are super easy and the staff makes themselves available via cell for any needs that may come up.

The room was very clean and extremely comfy! Anna was super nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! The lake was gorgeous and watching the ducks and geese swimming was beautiful. Thanks for an enjoyable overnight stay. ||Kris and Donna Fuller

Just finished a delightful 4 night stay. One word : Impressive. After years of stays in the Adirondack Mountains, we ran into this family putting their heart & soul into this property with such a high level of care. Attention to detail second to none. Super clean rooms, superb staff , secure dock. All with just steps from the water. Thank you Anna for such a wonderful experience!

My family and I recently rented the Princecraft Jazz 170 pontoon from Anna at the Sunset Park Motel for a week. The pontoon is in wonderful shape, perfect for a family of 4 for tooling around Simond Pond and Tupper. However, the pontoon wasn’t even the best part of the experience. Anna, the motel owner, is such a kind person! She is really running a great business at the motel and with her boat rental business. We found her to be very fair, professional, flexible, kind, and personable. Just an overall great person to do business with. Thank you Anna for a wonderful experience!!

We picked this motel because of its location. We didn't have much thought about it, but all reviews said it was clean, our priority. Wow, were we pleased with our choice. |Anna was very accommodating for us with an early check-in . The motel is an older motel but kept up very well. The room I loved! It has a screen door, large windows facing the front and the lake! Beautiful views. It has all the amenities you need. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We found that Anna was a newer owner, and she has done a lot of updates, and the rooms are very clean.||The property is perfect. You can almost touch the water from your room. There is a dock, beach, plenty of chairs, grills and picnic tables, everything you would need. ||The location is perfect to several things to do in the area. I highly recommend this motel.

We came to rent a room but by the time we came & arrived everything was full. But we were able to rent a boat for 3hrs & had an amazing time out on the lake. Thanks to Anna & her husband for their friendly hospitality.

Right next to the town park, which is beautiful, the owners do a fantastic job and are very welcoming. I come back every year for an event I run and each time I return things have been improved and upgraded.
