This is the worst place i’ve ever stayed in first off who takes cash anymore, which is OK that was a plus, but once you get to the room, it’s over curtains hanging scribble scrabble on the wall spiderwebs in the corner trash in the sink stains on the bed stains on the cover, cigarette holes burns crack, pipes glass you name it You might find it. Then they tell you, you have 15 minutes to tell them that you don’t like room to change it . I asked to speak to the manager and they said she was stuck in traffic. She will be here in 30 minutes. It took her an hour to get here and then when I asked him about sheets, some clean ones. He told me he didn’t. They didn’t have any and then when I asked him why was he giving out dirty towels? She said that’s all they got.

The cock roaches were so bad, as soon as I received my door dash, the roaches ran out to my food with all of the lights on! It was the worst roach infestation I have ever seen. Second only to the bedbug infestations. They were literally crawling on top of the comforter when we walked in the room and turned the lights on. Of course I immediately checked out for them only to point out the small sigh, not even in plain view, "No Refund"

This was by far the worst motel. I know they got bad rep but they clearly are just money hungry. Couldn’t make sure we had a decent room. Didn’t care about our child being with burnt sheets and dirty room. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Didint even step foot in and wanted a refund and was denied

They lady that works at the desk is rude as hell. They wanted $85 dollars for a room that had roaches and mold in the bath room the sheets was not clean there was burn holes all in the covers. The dresser that was in there had no drawers was all broken down. There was kids cleaning the rooms. Not to mention when I went in the room the door handle feel off of the door. Thank God I didn't get locked in the room because there is no phones in there to call the front desk. Even though it's under a $100 room it's still not worth that. I would rather go to gateway on reading Rd and that's what I did there so much cleaner and nicer people to deal with and I didn't see not one bug. Honestly in my opinion this place needs to be shut down and the bored of health needs to make a visit.

I only went to this hotel because I thought it would be cheaper according to the area and the place but me and my boyfriend both looked at each other and said $85? What the hell . )5 security deposit . Honestly I should have fault for my money back . Because we killed at least 10 roaches . There was adult ones and even babies . My boyfriend got bit twice . The sheets were stained up , the covers had burn holes in them. The shower curtains were dirty and old. The beds hurt our back so bad I could barely move the next day. People in and out all night in their rooms slamming doors, drug dealing. And when I mentioned the roaches to the owner she said we will look into it . I doubt that because I’m sure I’m not the only one who has seen that and has reported it. That building needs to be remodeled totally . If the health department went there they would shut the place down . Never again !! I was in room 121

My grandson stayed there last week, he won't again. He went out for food and when he came back he found a so called clean towel, a roll of toilet paper and his necklace with his mother's ashes stolen. When he tried talking to the management and owner all he got was the runaround. Not only is the so called cleaning crew thieves the whole place is a dump and should be condemned. I'd give it minus -5 stars if it would allow. This is the worst excuse for a motel I've ever seen. 👎👎👎👎👎

This place was terrible. Not only were the beds broken but the wifi did not work, the mini fridge did not work. There were no washcloths. Terrible place and I would not recommend this place to anyone.. At your own risk.
