NillThey have ROACHES! They have clogged drains, they need new bedding and towels, maybe even need new beds. I’m starting to realize the need new everything like new tables and furniture , also need refrigerators for food. Other than that they have good workers, but management needs to respond after “thank you” when people say it. To show good customer service skills. Nice janitor though, she’s kind and has love. Please get someone to either shut down temporarily or, certain parts of the motel for the Budget Inn to succeed.

NillInitially, I was assigned room 263. The front desk staff repeatedly emphasized the no-pet policy and potential lack of refund, despite my assurance of having no pets. Within 30 minutes of entering the room, I encountered three bed bugs, prompting me to request a refund or room change. Although initially denied, I was later offered room 271. However, this room reeked of stale cigarettes and was filthy. Meanwhile, I faced confrontation in the parking lot. I demanded a full refund due to unacceptable conditions, but was refused due to lost purchase receipt amidst my move without a car. This hotel experience was unsatisfactory, prompting me to contact the health department.

NillBest and only decent choice for a last minute need for an adorable room that's not bug infested or hosting any sketchy activities. Management and maintenance are very active around the property and don't allow any unsavory behavior. Working 3rd shift isn't a problem when I gotta sleep during the day. It's mostly quiet and a far better experience than red horse down the road.

NillVery basic for $290/week. The mattress was broken down. The table and chairs were wobbly. The receptacle by the table (the only one accessible) didn't work. It is very dark. The cords on the lamps by the bed weren't long enough, so an amateur spliced them(dangerous). Only saw a couple of roaches the last day. The smoke detector is mounted in the 'dead air' zone where the ceiling meets the wall. EVERY smoke detector comes with instructions not to mount it there🤷♂️.

NillReally not a bad room for the price. Staff very friendly and they work with you if you need to check in early and check out late. Good room overall was very clean. Good location its right by Kettering Ohio very good city. Also very close to grocery store and many food places nearby. Always rent rooms here when we need them. Have a good day!
