Imperial Inn Motel

This is basically the Royal Inn all over again. If you're from Lima, you know. I mean sure it's cheap, but we all know it's a den of drugs, prostitution, crime, and a place for people to hsve a cheap discreet place to hookup. And yeah, maybe a few legit tenants along the way. The shining star of Lima.

The room could have been clean and on top of that they have bed bugs and roaches.

At first it was nice, thought it wasnt to bad for the price. Then we had towels that had blood stains all over it, also pillow cases. Then as I'm ready to laid down and go to bed i couldn't sleep due to getting ate up by bed bugs. Not to pleased about my stay.

Upgraded Alot. No Bugs , Rooms are very clean. Managers are great people. Haven't had any problems yet around here. Keep up the good work looks really good around here||Have respect and they do the same!

Needed a quick spot to stay for a night. Simple. Right. Stayed in a room. Woke up n the morning had multiple bites everywhere on me. Complained about it to the desk lady. She said okay I'll get my maintenence man to come check. I took pictures of the bugs and the eggs that I found. Lady didn't want nothing to do with it.. Maintenance man swore up and down that they were old ones and they spray everyday. Tried informing them that I understand they spray everyday but their is a high level of bed bug eggs. Lady than told me I should go to the Hampton Inn instead of imperial inn. Place needs shut down. Waste of space and taxpayers money to be honest. How could one even compare a 5 star hotel with emaculent service to a barely 2 point star motel with slumlords and no common courtesy to even uphold the littlest amount of decent customer service. If you want your motel to stay open I'd try to get your customers to be happy. Take care of your problem. Get better maintenence. Get better housekeeping.

The place has bed bugs. When we told the manager and her son they tried to say we brought bugs there. The toilet did not work. Had to calm the maintenance man daily. Do NOT stay there.

i guess it should have been a clue when we saw plastic covers on the mattresses, but for 3 nights we were being eaten alive and couldn't figure out why until we puled back the sheet and looked in the seams of the mattress. Bed bugs scattered. We switched rooms and had the same problem. needless to say we will never be staying here again and they sure didn't seem to concerned with their bed bug problem.

Wish I'd read the first review...absolutely awful. I am are up with bedbug bite and the cockroaches were everywhere. Owners didn't give a damn either. Do not stay here. Worst motel I've ever stayed at.
