Our rooms are fully renovated with new updated bathrooms Jacuzzi suites 🙂 and as soon as customer complaints about a room we have the proper equipment to inspect our room and/or treat our room with the BB heater we have for Infested bugs. Kindly Appreciated 🙏 When a guests is complaining we take matter very seriously to ensure service provided is great during their stay. Otherwise you can pay a large price $200-300 and go stay at Holiday Inn or quality inn & suites where guests services are provided such as breakfast 🥞 🍳 etc. & gym tan laundry facility for guests or 24hr services you may need. During your stay we hope to ensure your room 😊 is clean and spot less.

I'd give them a zero If, possible. The first room my Husband was given he refused it, wasn't clean the floor was filthy. The second room floor was taped, tile was missing a piece by bathroom, the sink was pouring out water when it, was turned on all over the floor!! The TV worked but, no sound😳 My Husband complained an the Man behind glass was very rude, swearing at my husband because he was complaining about things!! Said he was gonna call the Police 😳. Totally Ignorant 💯💯😳

After hearing the horror stories we decided to put this on our trip of, did they change their ways, motels. After calling and asking for a reservation and hearing the price, we're not even going to try it. Words of encouragement to every person looking for a motel for a reasonable rate, look no further then about a 1/4 mile down the road. Fair prices, nice people, clean rooms.

It's not the best of places to choose but not bad when you're in need. The place does have bed bugs. The hotel is mainly occupied by people that partake in more serious choice of drugs and it is a known spot for street walkers and corner kids. Don't expect the rooms to be in the best condition the last room I was in was dubbed the Jacuzzi room and the Jacuzzi did not work the sink in the bathroom was not connected to the wall or floor there was a space heater in the room for the main heat source it is questionable but better than nothing

Giving one star is too much. For $50 a night, this is what our experience consisted of: The toilet would not flush. The owner actually gave us a plunger. After taking a shower, we noticed a large amount of water in the main room. It could have only came from thru the walls ! I We were told it must have been because we didn't shut the shower door properly. A rain storm hit in the middle of the night. I t didn't wake us, however the water the leaked thru the roof, into the light fixtures and onto the bed did! I This review is not exaggerated, just our experience at The Wagon Wheel. Spend the $50 rate at one of the chain hotels down the street. It's an experience I will never forget, but would like to.

Laid down to go to bed and felt something biting me looked and found a bed bug. Look further and the bed was infested. The room looked like I was in the geto holes in walls patches everywhere. Went to office to tell them and to get money back. He didn't care they had bugs and called me a liar blew me off and said cause I was there more than 3 hrs I get half refund.

I only give this place 1 star because leaving none wasn't an option. But what needs to be understood is that this is not a place for the family or to just yet away. It is strictly there to do dirt or engage in criminal activities. Which is the exact reason for my stay. And even at that, even with the shame I put on myself with the sins I committed it was absolutely dreadful. I wouldn't even think of committing suicide there. It would be sad to awaken from an overdose there. No narcan please

Terrible! It's filthy there, it had bed bugs, the ceilings were leaking and about to collapse, you had to wear shoes at all times, the floors were soaked and disgusting and the hot tub in the jacuzzi sweet didn't even work. When we brought all of these issues to the very RUDE owners, not only did they do nothing about it, but then they refused to refund us our money. It was by far the WORST motel experience we've ever had! Please DO NOT stay there... you will regret it!! I'm not that kind of person, but I'm seriously considering calling the health department on them... it's that bad there! The only thing I'm happy about is that my 13 year old daughter was not there living under those conditions with us. I cannot believe that they are still open with the way they treat people, and the conditions in which the rooms are in. Again, please do not stay there!
