NillThe front desk girl was very rude claimed we were someone who she knew or used to stay there. Then yelled at me to move my car n said that's not where I'm supposed park. No coffee at desk no.coffee pots in room's. Very out dated old. Bed was rolling all over when i turned around. Shower was a drip not running like it should. Lots of drug traffic neighbors loud up all night long yelling arguing no sleep! To expensive for the room. Would not recommend this to anyone and will nvr stay again.

NillThis place used to be a shining example of a drive-up motel. The owners have preserved some of the original charm, but the rooms are awful. I had to try three before I found one that didn't reek of smoke. Filth, and decay everywhere.

NillI’ve been living at the Sands motel for the last two months can’t tell me not one of the owners or employees of this place if I’ve been living here for two months with my registered Jeep parked outside the entire time didn’t know it was my jeep so I’m here for two months Three days ago was gonna be the seventh time that this lady has made me move to a different room and she literally had my took my jeep towed the very next day and then claimed that none of them knew it was my Jeep even though I’ve been living here for the last two months and I literally just went three days three nights ago and got two pairs of jeans out of my Jeep cause I’m pregnant and I need some bigger clothes so I confronted the owner and she just swept stealing my jeep under the rug and rent you so that’s the most important but literally knowing it was my Jeep and denying it getting it towed refusing to make anything right with me and literally I have to literally forfeit my Jeep to get all my belongings out of there which mind you I’ve been living Immediately and immediately out of my jeep for the last year yeah that’s pretty crazy. I thought she had good integrity and it was a pretty good place to stay until literally two months later the day the day after she has us moved the seventh time literally she chose my jeep and then claims that she didn’t know it was mine and refuses to make anything right so I just thought the city of Cheyenne might really wanna know the true integrity of people like that because I am a single mother pregnant with my second child fighting to be here and save my children after having my mobile home stolen from me this last year still trying to get back on my feet And yeah, I guess you know it’s pretty crazy to have such huge things that you own be stolen from you, the capital city of the state of Wyoming. all integrity nobody’s gonna pass judgment or he’s gonna have to own for what we’ve done to one another and that is what we’re gonna be judged so man Bible couldn’t be more right you know there is an explosion of narcissism in the end of days and then people really need to figure it out. Your word is your bond and that’s the only thing you have so if you’re running a business and not even willing to make things right when you wrong people what kind of a business are you running?

NillThis hotel is a basic cheap hotel. You get what you pay for. No issues with that BUT..... after I left the hotel clean and neat like I do any hotel, they charged me a $50 fee. When I called and asked why the person said "it was dirty" I said I have photos of it spotless. "They said let me check with management " they took my info and nobody called. I called the next day and asked for management. They were "unavailable " then they said "oh I have a note saying the fee is due to you steeling a blanket" (I've never stole anything in my life) I said that was untrue and again they took my information for management to return my call. They never did so again I called and of course "management is unavailable " they took my information my a third time and never returned my call. It's petty theft by a company who should be ashamed of themselves. The employees are nice enough but management is flat out theives!!!!

★★★★★This was the quietest place I have ever stayed in. That in itself is reason to write a review. The roms were rustic and yet comfortable and clean. I planned on staying 3 days but ended up there for 6 just because of the quiet atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient. When there were issues in my original room with the TV reception the kind staff member upgraded me to another room which ended up being larger. I was pleasantly surprised at that service.|Access to shops and eateries were close by as well as Interstate Highways.|I will definitely return to this motel anytime I am in the Cheyenne Wyoming area.

★★★★I got diverted coming out of Rock Springs. The interstate was shut down due to a forest fire. I arrived two hours later than expected. The host did everything in his ability to accommodate me and let me check in late.

NillMe and the boys got a room here after a hard day's work, very nice for the price. Cool, rustic doors. I'm with it. Old time vibes. Guy at the desk knows what he's doin and keeps it clean. Surprisingly good cable! It's a lot nicer inside than these other, similar lookin motels in Cheyenne imo.
