MALLO CAMP and MOTEL

Very good experience. Enjoyed our stays here. By no means the Holiday Inn, but it had everything to meet our needs and then some. Beautiful scenery, clean surroundings, and most of all a nice quiet place to relax and enjoy.

I gave it 5 stars for location because it is in the middle of nowhere and there is no cellphone service....perfect for an escape! We spent 4 nights in the cabins (I have no idea what the hotel looks like) and bunk beds for a girls camp. Very relaxing and quiet.

4 miles of gravel road. 10 sites that are fairly level. Clean bathrooms., electric, no dump, no water. $40 a night seems a little steep but we enjoyed our stay. No Verizon but connected to motel wifi.

Great place to stay on s hunting trip! Kitchens to make your own food. Refrigerator/freezer to store your supplies in. Caleb does a great job!

Great location for trails. Small campground with 8 sites with electric. They supplied a couple bundles of wood for the fire pits. Was excited to see that there was a shower house. 4 individual shower/toilet rooms. The day we got there everything was nice and clean, but as the weekend continued was alittle disappointed that nobody came to check or clean the showers. Toilet was plugged and you must bring your own soap for the bathroom sink and paper towels were not supplied. Never actually ran out of TP, But it was getting pretty low by the time we left. This would have been a 5/5 IF someone would have come to check on the shower house. ||Friends stayed at the motel. Small clean room with queen size bed. Common area with tv, kitchen with all apliances. WiFi at the motel but not at the campground No cell service. We will come stay again.

We were there for one of the best quilt retreats in the state. The motel is like traveling back in the 60s with my parents. Just needs some queen beds for 2 people. The people who ran the quilt fest are great. Just hope we don't get priced out of there.

The best place to get away for fun vacations, or just to get a breath of fresh air, not to mention walking around is such a pretty view with deers walking around...
