Venture Out Resort

I have been coming here for 16 years. My parents own a trailer in the park. To my knowledge, this is the only trailer park where you own your property, in the area. This park has everything! Outdoor pools, health center with universal and free weights, clubhouse with a stage and dance floor, hobby clubs, all kinds of courts for sports, and a off leash dog park. I plan to buy into the park for retirement in a few years!

If you can turn left on to main you got it made otherwise accident. Not security it's only people riding golf carts called security terrible neighbors with dogs bit 3 people hussein and his wife . Nosy wife with nothing to do but look outside.

Fantastic amenities such as clubhouse shows, dancing, music on terrace, bingo, all sports, 2 pools, tons of classes & groups to join! Get this...and $8000 long arm quilting machine in sewing room. Love it!

The maintenance guy Micheal has the opposite of the Midas touch, when something's wrong and you need it fixed he will somehow find a way to make it worse; we had a small leak, put in a maintenance request and ended up with a soaking wet floor

This is an RV mobile home ownership resort. Went for their annual fall tennis tournament. This is not a hotel but they have seasonal rentals for Rvers and maybe mobile homes.

PARK HAS NO MANAGEMENT ASSIGNED FOR GOING ON 3 YEARS. PARK IS NEED OF IMPROVEMENTS. NO ONE FROM CORPORATE IS COMMUNICATING TO PARK MODEL RESIDENTS IF ANYTHING WILL BE DONE. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONES OR RESPOND TO EMAILS. THE VALUE OF MY PARK MODEL IS GOING DOWN. MANY UNITS FOR SALE

Impossible to stay here without wanting to come back. Instant friendships that can last a lifetime. Quality park where the management works for the individual shareholders who own the units and enjoy the park. Rentals are hard to come by. 2pools,4 hot tubs, bocce, lawn bowling, putting, wood working, silver shop, ceramics, needlework, literary, gym, dance, etc, etc.

1st class amenities. Great security. Friendly residents. Well run community. You own your home and land and a share in the entire community as well.
