NillThe Great Wolf Lodge is the perfect place for a kid adventure! It is so much fun for the kiddos, and has a LOT to do. The food is great, We ate at multiple places on site, and the food was good. The service was great also. We found all the shop attendants, the guides, the servers of all kinds to be friendly and helpful. The overnight accommodations are more like a Comfort Inn Suite with a cool place for the kids to sleep. I felt the overnight accommodations were overpriced, which is why i didn't give them a 5 star. But the Great Wolf Lodge made up for this in the activities they offer. You don't come here to stay in your room. It is worth it to buy a Wolf Pass, which we did for my grandson, who is 6. We worked toward accomplishing everything in his pass for 2 days, and he still has a couple more things to do. He says this is the best place he has ever been, and it must be kind of like heaven for kids.

NillI came to The Great Wolf Lodge to celebrate my graduation with my family and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Antoinette. During my check-in, and I must say, her service was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel instantly welcome. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident as she handled my check and quickly efficiently, all while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ms. Antoinette went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and informed about all the amenities and services available during my stay. She truly made my experience unforgettable and set the tone for an amazing visit at the Great Wolf Lodge. Her exceptional customer service is a real asset to the hotel and I couldn't have asked for a better start to my stay. Thank you, Ms. Antoinette, for making my checking experience so pleasant!

NillWe've been coming here 2-3 times a year since they opened. We've had little ups and downs but mostly great times. It's been a year since our last visit and I can't believe how much this place has gone down. Right off the bat you walk in and they've replaced check in people with kiosk. Of course the kiosk don't work so you have to go to the one person they have checking people in. Used to be 5-6. They used to have a ton of life guards. One life guard for a wave pool with a 100 kids in it. One life guard for a lazy river. Used to be three each at least. Everything is kinda broken. Bowling had to call maintenance 3 times because the balls got stuck in the ball return. Took ten minutes each time. Soda machines with no ice. Bathrooms out of service. This place used to try to fit in for Scottsdale but it's thrown in the towel. Their rooms are cheaper now than 5 years ago when they opened and it obvious they cut back the quality, cleanliness, and service to do that.

NillGreat Wolf Scottsdale exceeded our expectations! Before arriving I read so many mixed reviews and I was unsure about what to expect. The front desk staff were great and our room was clean, and comfortable. We were visiting Scottsdale for spring training so we did not purchase any passes for extra activities and only used the water park. We definitely didn’t feel pressured to purchase the activities, and I don’t think they are necessary. The hotel room, water park and outdoor pool were excellent and we will be returning! My kids loved the Dunkin Donuts in the lobby and the bed time dance parties.

NillWow! I wasn’t expecting it to be so good. The service was amazing. Very well kept and clean. Kids had tons of fun and the food was delicious. I highly recommend if you can get a discount on staying there. We purchased the birthday package for my son and one of the balloons popped. I mentioned it to a staff member and they brought a new balloon to the room within 15 minutes. I’m impressed.

NillEnjoyed the stay. Everything is very expensive. I would recommend the packages they offer. Food is not that great for how much it costs. We had to wait to purchase a wand while the workers looked at us and continued to talk. My daughter got hit by a harness while being fitted by one and the guy didn't apologize or anything. We have been multiple times and this was by far the worst experience. Previous visits were much better.

NillPaid 1600 dollars for a bunk bed room and queen for 2 nights with the ultimate package. For the money this wasn't anything spectacular a full day here and you can complete all the activities several times. The food was fine I wasn't expecting much. The kids had a great time they were definitely wiped out by the end of the 2nd night which was great to get a full night's sleep before driving back the next morning.

NillWe stayed in the Grizzly Bear Suite, which has two bedrooms and was perfect for us. They had a deal a while back, and we grabbed it right away. The suite plus water park admission was such a great deal. The only downside wa that we weren’t really fans of the food at Great Wolf Lodge. They have a lot of options and try to cater to families with younger kids, but it just wasn’t our thing. There are tons of great places to eat just a few minutes away, so the location is convenient. It’s a great spot for families, and even teenagers will appreciate the hot tub, water slides, and lazy river. The staff was really friendly and helpful, and overall, we had a fantastic time. Our teens thought five days wasn’t nearly long enough.
