★★★★★Chose Hacienda Del Sol for Birthday, Anniversary, And St Patrick's day and didn't go wrong. We choose a Sonoran Room King with a view. Our view was to the southeast was beautiful at sunrise and city view at night was great. Room was very nice, very clean and well maintained. all was great there.||Our stay was fantastic!!! Mona, Britney, Briana at guest services made sure anything we asked for was taken care of from room service ( we recommend for sunrise on patio) to dinner reservation just a outstanding job. Steven was very helpful guiding us around for dinning, drinks and other activities.||The Terraza Garden Patio & Lounge has inside and out side dinning food was very good and service was great. We dined three time at The Grill and Nick, Grayson and Anglo took great care of us. Sunday we tried the St Patrick's brunch at the Grill and were not disappointed. Selection of traditional food was available but, the St Patrick's day selections were all there with fantastic flavors. Anniversary dinner on Monday was all we could ask for beautiful table over looking the valley at sunset, excellent service, drinks, and food. The chief special that night was Chapino we were not disappointed. Thank you all for the fine foods.|| Hacienda Del Sol Resort is great for special stays or just to relax the history, service, and dinning make it very special. Resort is pet friendly but there is a fee. Beside the resorts great amenities there are great places to visit close by, Degrazia Gallery in the Sun is just up the road, and The Mini Time Machine Museum Of Miniatures ( great see the craftmanship of vintage Doll houses and miniatures) and Reed Park Zoo( Great Zoo) or if your really adventurous drive to the top of Mount Lemon( Summer Haven). We are looking forward to our next stay

NillDelightful hotel. Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. We had the pleasure of Michelle being our waitress on our last evening & she was fantastic. Made sure the kids had everything (drinks, ketchup, mayo, extra silverware) and looked after the grown ups amazingly too.

★★★We stayed in a mountain view king bed room and it was very nice, as were all those who provided room services, including the bell hop who drove us there and carried our luggage, the maintenance man who came promptly to help with our AC, and those who serviced our room. However, we were a long double stairway climb up to our room and did not know this until our arrival. This should be more up front when reserving, especially for seniors like us. The average rating is due to the fact that the restaurants are open to the public and very popular. We had made a dinner reservation one night but were still told that there were few tables open even after waiting some time for one. We were eventually squeezed in but did not feel treated well as guests of the hotel. The food (in the terrace cafe since the Grill was full) was very average. The servers were pleasant though. The next morning for breakfast, we were asked if we had a reservation - for breakfast in a hotel where we were guests! Again, it was very crowded since it is open to the public. Service was slow. In sum, the hotel was very pleasant, but the dining situation left us feeling less than happy with our time there.

★★★★Stayed at Hacienda during a spring break road trip w my 17 yo son. Definitely recommend given other options in the area, as I enjoyed having the available spaces to relax when our sleeping schedule didn’t align. Spacious room and bathroom was appreciated! Loved all the spanish tile on the property. Friendly staff. Lovely views.||Hacienda is a comfortable, lovely place. I don’t see it as a resort per se. The food was mediocre, but better than other options in Tuscon.

NillMy family and I just returned from a one-week road trip in Arizona and had the pleasure of staying two nights in the Grand Casita. It was spacious and perfectly appointed with everything our family of four adults could have needed, including two bathrooms. The Casita is set apart from the main resort and the short walk to the restaurant, lobby and pool is beautifully landscaped. The mountain views were truly stunning. We had dinner one night at the Terraza Garden. The food was delicious and they accommodated our son's celiac disease with an excellent gluten free meal.

NillVery disappointing experience at some 600.00+ per night. We chose this property for it's claim of luxury & tranquility. However, due to a wedding (although the function room was empty) resort guests had no access to bar, restaurant, sunset viewing spot etc. There's no disclaimer in the advertising that such a situation could arise. Resort guests were taking taxi's off site to dine or confined to room service. Wedding guests were priority. Our room wasn't particularly clean. The ceiling fan blew inches of dust around the room and the rug wasn't vacuumed. We were compensated for 25.00 in-room dining & the 50.00 "leave early" fee. But, would have preferred the 600.00 experience we had paid for.

NillWas there with a group of friends attending a golf tournament. Unfortunately, never got to enjoy the hotel amenities, but I must say the rooms were fantastic. Beautifully appointed. And the service we received from the staff, their proactive communication, everything wasfirst rate. Can’t wait to bring my wife here for a quiet weekend away to enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer.
