Not what they say it is. FEMA homes as "getaway cabins". Not supposed to be serving food and unsanitary conditions. Unless you are full time there you have no clue. Just looks like a bunch of messy campers. Facilities are not clean, sign that says be nice or leave tells the story when you walk up to the office.

Not worth the cost , was lied to about lower space costs and about monthly payments being deducted from space rent . Was told no binding contracts, was also a lie.

Members only campground. Activities throughout the week. Summer holidays usually include a band on Saturday night.

Really Fun and beautiful resort. Something for everyone.
