★★★★★We absolutely loved our quick little family getaway over Labor Day weekend. We basically were in our own apartment with the luxuries or a cabin. Right on the river with fishing, swimming, kayaking. The pool was a little cold, but such a great big space. The restaurant onsite was closed, but there are plenty of options nearby. The front desk staff was beyond kind, personable and helpful. We would recommend this place to any family/couple looking to get away and enjoy the northwoods. We would love to come back for an extended stay.

★★★★★This is an excellent resort in a beautiful location and great for families. We stayed during the Cranberry Fest weekend in a apartment unit. Most rooms have a great view of the lakes. Our room was well maintained, very clean, and had all the things we needed (utensils, dish soap, coffee, etc.). ||The pool area and pool were warm and great for younger kids like ours. ||Thank you for a nice weekend.

★★★★Great value for your money in September. The resort condos have a north woods feel, are clean and spacious. Most (or maybe all?) units have a view of the lake and it is just a beautiful view/property. Great amenities. We rent a pontoon every year and it is great touring the chain of lakes. We would love it if the pontoon were available for shorter periods of time (rather than a full day) as the full day price is a bit high.

★★★★★The check-in time is 4:00 p.m. We were in town by 3:00, called the resort and our room was ready early. The condo was clean and beautiful. We liked the lake view from our balcony and the gas fireplace for the cool nights. The kitchen had the basic necessities. The pool and hot tub were in a separate building. My husband said it was clean. I would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend for Cranberry Fest!

★★★★★Beautiful location! Nice accommodations! Friendly and helpful staff! A variety of amenities, especially for families with children. Well situated for day trips to the waterfalls in the U.P. and Lake Superior, cranberry bogs, and other area attractions.

NillI had an issue with a reservation booked through a third party website and Bri @ Wild Eagle Lodge was an absolute angel and helped me fix the mix-up with ease! I cannot thank her enough and she was such a sweet and delightful person to work with. Please book your reservations directly with the hotel because they are the best!!! Bri was fabulous—thank you, Bri!

★★★★★The overall lodge, setting, amenities and our unit were wonderful...we can't stop talking about how special our stay was. Pontoon boat rental was easy and we spent our day on chain of lakes watching eagles and loons. Campfire times were so special making s'mores and star gazing. Nearby outings were great...Bond Falls, Twilight Supper Club, Casino, downtown shops, golf...we had a ball

Nillwe stayed here over the weekend. a few things…..besides the restaurant being closed, the sauna not working, and the amount of flies in the condo we were robbed while we were out for the day! Due to what was stolen and not stolen i’m confident there are cameras in the rooms. if you decide to stay here bring food and an extra lock for the door. we feel so violated. Stay somewhere else is my recommendation
