Landing Resort

The rooms were damp and musty-smelling. Basically a nice place, a bit dated, but clean with friendly staff. The porches and decks are nice, and our kitchen was clean and spacious. We had a dehumidifier, but it was noisy and ran constantly. Still, the dampness was in the bedding and carpet and it just wasn't comfortable for sleeping or hanging out. Too bad, as it's in a great location for walking to shops and restaurants. Maybe the rooms on the second floor are better.

1 star purely for the fact that there is no way the room we stayed in was up to code completely. We chose to stay here because it seemed kind friendly however the balcony rails are spaced far enough apart to where a baby/toddler can easily fit and fall through. (See photo) We used blankets to cover the balcony for the duration of our stay and spent as much time as possible outside of the space to avoid any "accidents" Other than that, the rooms were as expected as a 2 star accommodation. Outdated everything and the doors hit the toilet in the bathrooms so you can hear when your neighbors go in/out. Flat pillows but they supply about 5 for the room at least. Uncomfortable mattress too but again it is a 2 star accommodation. Nice staff and adequate parking spots available too.

We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on going back! The staff is really helpful and friendly. Great amenities for the price!

Unfortunately had a mishap with another hotel in the area. Called this hotel immediately and they had a room. Ended up showing pretty late at night and the lady at reception was very kind and helpful. We were very pleased with the room. It had everything we needed and more! Would absolutely stay here again

The location is great, room itself is fine. However our room is so dated and had such a strong stale cigarette smell it was overwhelming when walking in. Running the air conditioning only made it worse. The room always felt damp and musty smelling. This place has SO much potential It also would have been nice to know that the pool is adults only from 9-10, and that the “arcade” consisted of 5-6 older style video games.

May merit 5 stars, location great yet felt private and safe. Staff was helpful. Rooms were clean, peaceful view of woods outside patio

Room was very clean. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. Great location. Can walk to everything in Egg Harbor.

We just got back from a two day stay and were very happy with our accomodations. The room was clean, quiet, and the bed comfortable. We had an issue with our TV the second night and staff came immediately to resolve the issue. Hot tea and coffee are available around the clock, and it is conveniently located in downtown near some eating and drinking establishments. When we were leaving, I noticed the cleaning crew in a different room wiping down TV's and on their hands/feet scrubbing the floor - now that is being thorough with the cleaning!
