★★★★★We just spent a week at the sunset pines cabin on Little St Germain Lake through Twin Waters. The cabin was great! Affordable, clean and perfectly cozy for our family of 5 with kids ages 8,7, and 2. Owners were pleasant and helpful! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice our cabin was compared to some friends staying a few cabins away through a different company.

★★★★★The price was so low that I fully expected to "get what you pay for" and came to terms with the fact that the cabin would probably be somewhat less than perfect! My son and I were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Their TeePee cabin was perfect for the two of us, it was very clean, comfortable and had all the "up north" charm you could ask for! The owners are very pleasant to deal with and there were no surprises other than how nice the cabin was! They are located on the north side of Big Lake St. Germain conveniently close to the snowmobile trails. ||||I decided I would be coming back again with a few more guys to snowmobile next winter and asked to see one of their 3 bedroom cabins which was very nice inside as well.

★★★★Nice clean cabin. Good assortment of kitchen utensils. Dish towels, and bath towels are included. Menominee cabin was three bedroom and was big enough for five persons. The cabin is right on the lake so there was an excellent view of the lake from the windows. Private dock for boating and a small sand beach. Dogs allowed for a fee. Rented boat worked well. The manager was always available if there were any issues. Restaurants close by.

NillCozy cabin and very clean. Small bedrooms but who spends time sleeping on vacation? Had everything we needed and the lake view is fantastic. Dog friendly also a big plus for us.

NillVery disappointed in this rental agency. I reached out asking for availability and they responded there was none. A few days later I receive a new response saying they had a cancellation if we were interested. (Very courteous of them) I wrote back that it would be perfect for my family and asked how to pay the deposit. While at a doc appointment, I received an email stating if I didn't call within the hour, they would give it to the next person in line. I called as soon as I could out of my appointment (which was after their hour cut off) and the cabin had been filled. How sad to not even give a family enough time to respond? People shop for longer than that, have appointments, or work. I understand they wanted the spot filled, but I already stated it would be perfect and just didn't know how to give the deposit. I just feel that an hour time is so inconsiderate especially because I would have paid the deposit earlier had I been given a way to do so. If you want to rent from these, I would advise calling since they are so rushed to fill these and don't give you a way to pay your deposit online or while talking to them in email.

NillVery clean and cozy cabin right tight to the water. 4 of us stayed in the Menominee for a week for ice fishing and couldnt have been more pleased. Everything that we could possibly need or want was provided with our weekly rate. Towels and linens were plentiful as well as any kitchen utencils. If we needed it we had it. From making a simple breakfast to baking a complex casserole there was no shortage of items to use. Kelly was super friendly and accomidating as we had to swap our week somewhat short notice and he worked with us without hesitation what so ever. He also borrowed us his personal gas can for us to refill our sleds with gas because we ran low and we had no clue how to take them into town for fuel because we were simply there for ice fishing. There are plenty of local places to visit for food and cocktails. Our favorites were Fibber's which is just up the road (Friday fish fry was amazing...especially the perch) and Sayner Pub was another good place for dinner. I'm certain there are others with great food but we couldnt hit them all. I would recommend this resort to everybody. The few pictures that we found of the cabin online sorta showed the appearance of being a bit out dated with the classic tube tv and all but that was not the case at all. We were pleasently suprised as soon as we opened the door. The large enclosed porch was also a bonus to keep our fishing gear and wet clothing. The large windows facing the lake were awesome to just sit back in the warm cabin and watch our tip-ups and suck ice cold beer! We plan on returning next year for another week!

NillWe've been coming to Twin Waters every Fall and Winter for almost 30 years, and we love it. The Cabins are comfy, CLEAN, fully equipped, and just what we need for my wife and I and our doggie (she loves it too).
