Hotel Florence, Shimla

I had an amazing stay at Florence! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my visit was perfect. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I can't wait to return for another wonderful stay. Highly recommend

We stayed here for 3 nights when we visited Shimla. Hotel is located conveniently near to mall road (5 min walk). Accessible by cab unlike many other hotels in mall road. Service was very good, thanks to Mr Pawan who was very professional and polite to us. The food was tasty and reasonably priced for its location. The room was a bit small but tidy (Premium rooms opted). The flooring of the room was not wooden and without carpet hence a bit too cold. You can see the mighty mountains right out of the room window & terrace. Their family suites looked too good. Manager Pawan gave us a cab contact who was friendly and professional albeit a bit pricey (sedan car) compared to mall road guys but he was very reliable and trustworthy. You can plan your stay here without any concern.

Love every moments. Staff are very helpful, I stayed in premium room with mountain view balcony. Lovely homestay.you will love it and I strongly recommend this hotel

The staff was nice. Rooms need to be more hygienic. Service was good. Location is good if you have small car. If you're travelling with a traveller you need to walk to the hotel.

Florence is in very good location with amazing view of Shimla. I would say it is one of the best view of Shimla. Their hospitality is average 🤏 where their rooms are decent. Go for Florence if you are looking for great view of Shimla

The hotel is very near to Mall Road and Jakku Temple. The rooms are a little small but offer a great view. Courteous staff. The hotel offers paid taxi services. Food is good as well.

The Rooms are great with perfect view of mountains. The food was also pretty good. Host was very polite and helpful. But if u are planning here to come with your own vehicle the roads are not that good. Specifically for big vehicles. Otherwise the hotel is great.
