Swanky Sojourns Homestay

Accomodation : I had stayed there with family for 2 nights and the experience at the homestay was very amazing. It's not luxurious, it gives you cozy, home like feeling. Location : Most of the places are near to this homestay such as Rankala (walkable), CNG is also near (less than 10 min.), Mahalakshmi temple etc. Owner : I want to specially appreciate the Owner Mr. Ravi Patil sir. He is very humble, polite and kind-hearted all things were taken care of. He knows very details of places to visit, shopping, food. He had guided us as well. We felt very fortunate to meet such person and his homestay. If I go to Kolhapur, I'll must visit him and his homestay. Had a great time! Thank you! I recommend this place.

The host is a nice person. He will help you with anything you want. Rooms are very small and old. The images shown online are not the same as current condition. This is a very old setup. Walls and doors need major upgrade. This is not worth the money. Book, only if you have no other options.

Although the rooms are spacious, don't expect any other service. Bottled water you can expect from RO refilled only after request. Wash Basin is places in the kitchen and the mirror is somewhere else. Bathroom too shabby. Waste of money.

It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying at swankysojourns homestay.Location is very beautiful neat and clean. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(ravi Patel sir).they were extremely friendly.the complementary breakfast was outstanding . Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the ambience and is very safe and secure for ladies. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again,for anyone who is looking for an home stay in kolhapur this is the place you have to consider first.they also provide pickup and drop.

You will find all the amenities here from TV,AC, kitchen, gas, kitchen appliances, washing machine, water filter, geyser,parking, garden,Jhula, slide for kids in garden. Rooms are Spacious & Clean, Beds & Sofa are comfortable. Homestay is on the main road and very safe to stay. Host Mr.Ravi Patil is very friendly nature & will ensure your stay become comfortable. He will guide you in all the way to visit nearby places to explore, good restaurant, where to visit. The homestay & Mr. Ravi Patil sir is so nice that we extended our stay for one more day due to their hospitality service and they feels like family member. This place is highly recommended for family, group who wants stay like a home where they can chill, cook food, sit in garden and spend lesure time with family. Instead of Hotel Room try once to stay here and you will fell in Love with this place. Thank you Ravi Sir for your Hospitality 😁😁 Will visit again !!

We recently stayed at Swanky Sojourns Home Stay with family and had a wonderful experience. The stay was very pleasant, and the accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. A special mention goes to Mr. Patel ji, the owner, who went above and beyond to assist us. My mother forgot her watch at the homestay, and Mr. Patel ji was kind enough to pack and parcel it back to us. His helpfulness and kindness truly made our stay memorable. Both the place and the owner are very pleasant and attentive to guests' needs. We highly recommend Swanky Sojourns Home Stay for anyone looking for a great place to stay with exceptional hospitality.

If you want to take a break during your travel and if you are passing Kolhapur this is a great place to stay. As the name suggests it's a homestay, so don't expect the services or amenities of an hotel, but then frankly speaking I find staying at the hotels is expensive when you are traveling with family. This is a fantastic spacious accomodation which can easily accommodate a family of almost 5-6 persons. The rooms are clean and hygienic with clean washrooms. Also the host is a courteous smiling person who will treat you as his own personal guest. It's really a good value for money. You can easily spend a couple of days at your own leisure. Some task would be do it yourself, but one should not mind doing that for eg serving your own food. Washing of clothes(of course they have a washing machine in house) overall a nice experience. Kudos to the host.
