Worst experience ever with mmt & this hotel. Very poor room service. even we didnt receive a glass of water in 2 days & when asked for water they demanded 30rs for one ltr water bottle. only one staff in hotel & his behaviour was not good. even we didnt find any one in counter in 2 days. i will not recommend this hotel to any one. I dont know how mmt is providing this hotel to his customers. i will never book hotels with mmt.

We booked that hotel 2weeks before with advance payment. But they didn't book the rooms for us. When we go to the hotel they gave a single room for refreshment a chair in the room was already broken we refreshed and cheked it. After sometime they give a first room without cleaned. And then they came and asked me for the broken chair. I said it was already broken. But he hesitated it and ask for a payment of Rs.1200 i asked why he said they have two chairs in same model one broken chair is waste so they want to buy two new chairs. They allowed me to take another non broken chair. But we argue with them in that argument the receptionist said unformal and vulgar words. And asked us to check out the rooms or pay finally rs.750. Without any option we paid them Rs.750 and stayed there. This a very worst behaviour we have ever seen by a hotel staffs.

If you looking for an very low price hotel in Kovalam Om Street is best choice. Hotel price is low comparing with other hotels so it's service too. Situated very close to Kovalam beach and Boating place also very close to the hotel. Hawa beach and Light house beach is walkable distance from there. Hotel is very average. Room cleanliness is not good. You can stay only if you plan to stay 1 night only in kovalam. But staff behaviour and helpfulness is very good.

Yes it was so poor hotel. Don't choose it. This is not good for family. In that hotel for a 20ltrs water can they charge Rs. 150.
We got a uncleaned room. When I asked to clean the receptionist tell me that the cleaning staff was left at 6p.m. so we can't clean the room. I astonished this is a hotel??? Worst hotel ever seen....

I have a decent stay here for the price I paid. Compared to other hotels the price is very less. I stayed here in the month of June 2019. June month is always not a seasonal time for them. The hotel is situated very very near to beach. Only 20 meter away from beach.

The service was very poor in this hotel. This is not a hotel I didn't know how they run this as hotel. Rooms are very dirty. There is no service persons. You can't order a single coffee. No lift is there..

Great location. Good room. Staff service is terrible. We booked room with breakfast, and we thought, like other hotels, they have a buffet. But this is what we got in the morning!!!!

Worst experience... Drinked manager not proper cleaned room better we can stay in bus stand it self, really bad experience in this city 😐😑
