Food was really good and the place is nice, located away from the city which makes it peaceful. Rooms are comfortable and they also have a bar and restaurant, which is very convenient. Overall a good experience .

Wonderful experience at Hotel Karammoottil Palace! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was both tasty and very reasonably priced — definitely a highlight of the stay. Special thanks to the lady at the reception who was very polite, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Great hospitality overall. Highly recommended for a peaceful and pleasant stay!

Today we had a bad bahaviour form the staffs of you. We entered the bar at the time of 10pm and tried to order . But one of your supplier gives a bad behaviour to us. He tolds that the maximum time of ordering was 10 30 and he can’t take our oreder.We are comed a day in luxury bar and the behaviour of the staffs was very good.We expect the same situation but this time is too bad.Keep your staffs neat and told them to keep some manners to customers

Food is good and the service is rather remarkable. They could do better in somethings like the taste of the food.. the quality and the way they present food is good. But could improve a bit on the taste. It lacks the touch of a professional chef that we get in premium hotels. Also the food are not that expensive and is almost affordable for someone expects a hefty bill.

Valuable stay with food.. Best Hotel rooms near Kollam - Kottarakkara route.. The hotel is little bit far from the main road..Totally worth it. Loved it.

The hotel is very good at reliable price. The hospitality was awesome. We stayed for 2 days and felt happy with the food and ambience. They provided decent south Indian complimentary breakfast.
