Very Bad Experience – Not Recommended Extremely Unhygienic & Unsafe – Never Again ❌ I recently stayed at this hotel and had one of the worst experiences ever. The room was unhygienic, with dirty bedsheets and stained pillows. The washroom was not cleaned properly, and there was a foul smell as soon as I entered The towels provided were disgusting — one even had a foul, bodily fluid-like smell, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Drinking water bottles were not from a sealed packaged brand; it looked like they refill them on-site, which is unsafe Staff attitude was unprofessional — instead of resolving issues, they gave excuses. The photos shown online are completely misleading compared to the reality. For the price charged, the hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards were far below basic expectations. I checked out early and will never book this property again Totally unsafe and disgusting Avoid at all costs Photos attached as proof ⭐ 1/5

Highly not recommended to anyone untill this will be the last option left in entire Mumbai city. A very small room where the washrooms are not clean and bedsheets were used ones. Staff and the hotel owners are rude while talking and they charge extra money. No ventilation. Dont … Dont visit this place for stay purpose. Also the hotel is situated in a crowded place where the autos and taxi wont go. Everywhere garbage n all thrown. Very unhygienic place. Not at all recommended.

I'm from Kutch, Gujarat. We recently stayed there for 3 days and they cleaned our room once in 3 days if we tell them to clean otherwise we had to clean. They dint provide us services properly. We use their one plate for food and their staff member told us to clean dish but we dint. This is not the behavior we expected after pay them 2500 per day. Very bad experience.

Worst customer service Too much less parking area only 3 cars can accommodate so if you are booking do advance call for parking or you will not get parking

The hotel is still “under renovations” but dirty. The bedsheet has holes in them, stained and dirty. “Clean” pillow cases are full of hair. The toilet seat looks stained and dirty… told them to change the sheets, they never came. I highly discourage to book this hotel.
