Most unkept and unmaintened place.dirty swimming pool with no proper filteration. Frequent power cuts and generator backup with no diesel in it.the staff will go several km to buy diesel after the generator runs out diesel. We have spent a night without sleep as no AC and slow fans.The rooms are also ordinary, nothing great to talk about and not worth the money they are charging for it. The food in ordinary nothing great about it.Photos present online are maybe from the day 1 when it opened and neat. So don't fall for that trap like we did. Not even worth the 1 star that I gave.

I stayed here for a night when I was in my third trimester. The hosts were super helpful, gracious and very kind! It's a beautifully managed property/farm. The food was delicious too! I would recommend this place to all those who'd like a little break.

A perfect place to hangout with friends and have overnight parties. Had a best experience with the place which is surrounded by nature and taken care by kind people.

Wonderful place with nice ambience ,worthy natural feel, great swimming pool and helper over there are very friendly and helpful. Only problem is with location which was not properly shown in Google maps.rectifying that will give great experience for travellers.

Scenic place located in sattari taluka. Very well maintained. Sutaible for day picnic. Had booked full farm privately. Got Ac cottage for little extra cost. Cottages are neat and clean. Swimming pool is good but water filtration needs improvement. We had carried our own food. Would definitely suggest for over night stay as well. Calm and serene place. Free from hastle. Staff is also polite and courtious!! Had a great time.

The place is pure bliss . Peacefully and fun for groups and families,we had a blast at the place pool ,bbq and best local food which was yummy 😁🤤 veg /non veg option plus we had snack( kanda bajji & tea ☕ ) 850-900 aprox per head with food. There are rooms which are decent and clean with ac. Overall would rate 4.2 out of 5 👌 highly recommended place

When we landed at this place in the evening post 1800 hrs it was not ready to welcome guests as the place was not clear (Rooms/Pool/Garden area) s Despite of a prior booking, we had to wait for 01 & a half hour to get to use the place for our disposal. The place is ok for a one time visit with friends and family. However, the place needs a lot of maintenance and minor repairs. The Caretaker Ganesh was the only soul available for any assistance we required and he saw that we were taken care of. Thanks to Ganesh that we ended our stay without any issues. The Fish Padicure lacks the basics that is the fish in it .... The pool needs a thorough clean up....and finally the location needs to be reset and as it shows on the road side but is actually in the interiors which makes it quite a task to find the place. Also the Signages are smaller than the A4 size paper and you are sure to miss it.... The only best part is the calm surroundings and the early morning chirping of birds and peacocks.

Been here with friends and lovely place to go with family too. Pool is well maintained and rooms are available beside the pools only for night outs. Place is isolated from the city and city rush.
