Baliraj Farmhouse Badlapur

We had visited this place last year and must say that this Place is well maintained and the food served is too good. Assuming the same, had booked this place for the last weekend i.e.12th & 13th Sep. Prior, we had confirmed our booking, verbally with Mr. Misal & Mr. Patel (New Care takers). Later, paid an advance on 7th Sep for confirming our booking. Suddenly, one the care taker (Mr. Patel) calls and states that our Owner is surprisingly visiting with his family, so we will have to cancel your booking. This was quite strange, that if an owner is himself running this place then why will he cancel a booking of 12 to 15 ppl grp? Finally our plan was ruined. Surprisingly on the 12th Sep morning, Mr. Misal calls and queries about our Veg packs. Now if our booking was cancelled then why did he call us? Then Mr. Patel comes on the call and when I asked him that why is he querying about the veg packs? there was no answer. That means they have allotted this place to a different group of a bigger count. Hence I would suggest everyone to avoid this place as the care takers are not on their words and only behind money. I am sure, if such ppl are running this property, then what quality of food and service should we expect?

If you are planning to book this then please read this..Our friend booked this for 1600pp 2 week in advance at the time of booking he mentioned minimum 12 people so we were ok because we were already 14 and we paid advance 7000 amount but when we contacted them 3 days before our booking date then he was saying we need minimum 15 or else u can cancel your booking or we have another farmhouse for u with 1500pp which was not that worth then we increased our contribution and told him we are now 15 then again he changed and said we need minimum 18 people at this point we came to know his trick but we can't do anything because we have already paid the advance. At last we decided to reject his offer and get our advance back then he refunded our amount but not the whole amount he kept 1000 as cancellation amount.

1. Electricity issue. AC not working, Fan not working. 2. Bathroom and toilets are not clean, no soap or towels are provided. 3. Washbasin broken and dirty. 4. Management is not proper. 5. Hygiene is not as expected. 6. Breakfast and Food not tasty. 7. Drinking water not provided in rooms. 8. No amenities except swimming pool.

Quite decent place for 20-25 pax group. Big swimming pool, dj facility available, food included, 2 big combine rooms having 15beds each. All and all nice experience though quite remote area.

They provide 2 big rooms like dorm accomodating around 10 to 12 People per room Also they have good home cooked food location and the property is very nice and pool is just too good it's a huge pool with few toys they have good sound system and bbq setup if you want to do your own bbq alot of beds can be arranged for night I'd say good for family functions and stuff.

Visited this place recently, it's a very good location for group picnic. Food quality is good. Only thing you have make sure while communicating with Mr. Mani who handles this farmhouse, you need to meet him personally. Do not communicate him over a phone. Because it happened with me that inspite of booking venue well in advance with proper communication through SMS and calls, a day before check in he was giving me excuse that he has not received fund transfer, and neither he has received any communication from me. Later on we did solved misunderstanding, but this guy is pain is the ass. After reaching there we came to know that there is a group who has not yet checked out. When we asked him, he told us to adjust for few hours. We said ok, but then we want refund of some amount or extension tomorrow, since it was booked exclusive for us so why should we adjust. He started arguing there with us again. Inspite of giving solution this guy was talking rude and all rubbish. So whoever is planning your picnic there meet this ASS so called Mani Bhai before. Cheers!

Best place to stay for an Overnight picnic. 10 to 12 person can sleep in their big dormitory room..Group stay is good..Food is Good..
