The bungalow is spacious, but our overall experience was disappointing due to the owner’s behavior and strict rules. We visited as a group, but were not allowed to talk together, as even normal conversation was considered “too loud.” Playing music was also not allowed, which took away from the enjoyment of our trip. Additionally, the owner’s wife was quite rude and unwelcoming. Some basic amenities were also missing, which further impacted our stay. Take a call whether to book the place.

It was really good stay, it was really private and calm, the host was really welcoming and the amenities were also good the property is well maintained. The host briefed about all the instructions upon checkin itself which made the entire stay much more easier. Will suggest to my friends and family...

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The host with misleading, not approachable, strict n teaching behaviour the property did not match the listing, or there were problems with communication. During my stay, I followed all house rules and maintained respectful communication. However, I received unfair feedback that does not reflect our behavior. Future guests should be aware and clarify any concerns before booking.

Big property with 3 rooms having 1 king bed and 1 single bed. 1 washroom and bedroom on ground floor, 2 rooms with attached washrooms on 1st floor, 1 common washroom, Kitchen , huge living area, and really big 1st floor balcony. With wine yards in front and back of the property,with basement having wine testing facility.

Reviews of magnificent places are written always before you leave. Call it NO WHERE , NOW HERE OR EREHWON ...you don't feel like leaving the place Ajay and Joyita shaw's wine farm Villa in the middle of grape season and swept us of our feet . It has a huge living area and kitchen along with two bedrooms on the 1st floor over looking his grape farm , a huge sitout and a bedroom on the ground floor and a entertainment in the basement. If you carry provisions there is enough in the kitchen to russle up light meals . But this is someone's home in a sensitive ecology , so please clean up and carry your trash when you leave The hosts were extremely humble and courteous . The caretaker Deepak was prompt attentive and helpful .. You can literally walk up to the backwaters and take a boat ride for 200 bucks per person (2024 rate) My pictures will tell the rest 🍷🥰

A friend of ours recommended this new place for stay during our recent weekend trip with a group of friends to Nashik. The place is located about 15 km west of city center and in the action packed wine scene of Nashik, just 2 km from Sula Vineyards and York winery. The villa is a 3 bedroom setup in a vineyard. There is sufficient space for parking 3-4 cars inside. The villa is beautifully designed and with a large (very large) common living area and pantry and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms on the first floor. One bedroom is on the ground floor and a decent sized meeting room / wine celler is in the basement. Rooms were large, very clean, airy and received good natural lights. The toilets were large, airy and spotless. The balcony overlooked the farm and the beautiful Gangapur dam. (One can reach the water front which is about 500m walk through beautiful fields). The villa owners were very helpful and ensured we had a good time. They also recommended some good places to eat including some fine-dine options. One can surely explore this option for a group of 6-9 people.

Amazing location Great place and ambiance. Neat Clean and Hygenic. Well connected to various good and fun places for activities + few wineries (all within 3 kms) Family and kids friendly. Well equipped
