Alamanda Beach House

Alamanda is a very neat clean and spacious guest house. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay there..!! I can guarantee you a peaceful and homely ambience. And appreciating the very friendly and supportive staff Ms. Divya. Highly recommended for families as well as bachelors for having some good time. Also suggesting to make the way to the guest house better. Thank you.!

Don’t think twice before booking this well furnished serviced apartment. Pros 1) 1 km away from Allepey beach and 2 kms away from Shikara booking spot. 2) Extremely hygienic and clean apartment. 3) Super spacious with A/C in all 3 bedrooms. 4) Attached bathroom for all the bedrooms. 5) Separate common and study room available to have meals. 6) Well functioning kitchen with refrigerator, induction stove, cooking utensils and basic cutlery. 7) Cleaning service available on everyday basis. 8) Available at nominal rate of 3900 per night for the entire apartment. 9) Extremely friendly staff. Cons 1) Approach road to the apartment is very narrow. Taking an SUV to the apartment premises is not possible. 2) One could miss the turn because of the narrowness of the road. Look out for the board at the beginning of the turn. In fact, the board could be missed too. 3) Too many mosquitoes in the open area in the night.

Room is excellent. Comfortable stay. Staff is good. Location is little bit off road. But still 100% worthy to stay, specially if you are with big group.

Lovely place. Good staff. Great rooms. Bit away from eating places though and beach very poor. Nice to stay if u want to visit backwaters but not much else to say for it. Hotel lovely though.

Property is good and clean. Clean washroom and hot water available entire time. No help or service available. No pantry. Self kitchen available. Most of the lights or switches not in working condition.

It was a fabulous experience staying over Alamada. We had a great time. I don't think we will get such a spacious and luxury like experience for such an affordable amount anywhere near Alappuzha. The caretaker Divya was so friendly and helped us a lot.

Excellent homestay with excellent location located at the city center close to beach,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Divya ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants and culture, within walking distance you will find Alleppey beach, Catamaran Cafe and etc. Would definitely recommend this homestay to everybody family, group of friends or even couples! It's a true sample of excellent house. Thank you again Divya for going just that little step extra for us!! #Alamanda Guest House is the Best..!

Been here for one night. Incredible nice and flexible staff, roof top to exercise yoga or whatever is huge with fans, breakfast nice, check out flexible , super calm, no construction work anymore going on, very clean all super super! The room was 2200 incl tax and it was absolutely worth it. Free bottled water!
