The Rooms are clean and well maintained. The Hospitality & food is also good. The view from the guest house is spectacular. The Kovalam beach and seashore view is great. Online booking is available. Govt employees can avail at discounted price.

This is the best places among all I visited through Govt. Booking can be made through Govt secretariat. This gives a royal experience. Rooms are very large, clean and well ventilated. Bathrooms are also similarly large. One can have a walk inside also. Beautifully designed. Their kitchen has limited options to eat but awesome view of sea, clean and hygiene place, warm behaviour of staff and delicious food always makes you feel good. Staff is really well trained and most importantly welcoming and warm to their guests. The entire property is also managed really well, neat and clean.

This Guest house is located in a perfect place. The view from here is amazing. The distance from beach is around 2 km. All is good but The food here has to booked many hours before.

This is very centrally located with good access to the bus stand. Big property with ample rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service is decent and quick. Prices are very affordable and reasonable. Food options can be enhanced further. Definitely a good option to stay.

Just awesome place to stay , no words to explain, restaurant menu is very less better have from outside if u want to try variety of foods , but the stay , view and location of the place is awesome I always recommend all kind of groups to this hotel
