Shyam Residency Nearest stay to Ram mandir

My stay was very good and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, making it easy to relax. The owner was very helpful and supportive throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Stay was very comfortable very near to ram mandir only 2 min walk distance. Behaviour of the staff is too good. Charges of the room is also very reasonable as compare to other guesthouse .

Very bad experience with this hotel. The hotel receptionist, Ravi Kumar, was very aggressive and rude and was not helpful at all. He argued that dinner nd breakfast was not included in the package while we had confirmation that it was included in the price we paid. He was very argumentative. He had issues with other guests while we were checking in. I asked to speak to the manager and he said the manager was in Delhi. I also requested to see the booking made but was unable to show us that. We booked this hotel through booking.com and whilst we were there, we recieved an email saying the name of the hotel was changed from hotel Laxmanam to Shyama residency. It was difficult to locate hotel. After agreeing that food was included, we sat down for dinner and had to wait 45 mins for our food to arrive. That was after reminding the staff various times about our food. It was the same in the morning for our breakfast. We had to wait a very long time for our food to arrive and had to remind the staff. No tea was served with our breakfast. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. Its the worst experience we've had.
