NillI had booked 02 person AC room. Room are very conjusted. AC was not working properly. Most important thing guest house owner not given Remote of AC. I don't know what is the reason when I asked him he replied me aaj he AC service karaya which is completely Redeculus. Attached Washroom is not attached with rooms. The worst experience was my when I used toilets after sometime guest owner locked the washrooms . Only one good thing you can book the room by calling ,and pay very less amount .It was my terrible experience. I recommend please don't try to stay in this hotel or guest house.

NillDear All I am writing to request you all for not to stay in Raghunandan guest house. They are completely unethical approach and unprofessional services. I have booked this guest house thru Goibibo but once i reached we have found , The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and despite my request for a change to a good and hygienic room, the staff were unable to accommodate. Furthermore, the staff were extremely rude, including Mr. Mishr ( owner if this guest house) whose behaviours was particularly arrogant. They are completely unprofessional, i was not stayed there, asked them for refund they were refused and said, that is not in there policy.

★These are scams. They do not have any rooms nor they have any business. Make sure you do not make any advance payment via any mode. They are scammers. They will just take their money. They just have a whatspp number which they will stop answering as soon as you make the payment. Beware of such scams.

NillI recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism displayed by the receptionist. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the receptionist had no interest in providing any kind of helpful or respectful service. . When I asked for assistance with some local recommendations or basic travel information, their responses were curt and unhelpful. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by simply asking for assistance. The disrespectful behavior continued throughout my stay. Every time I approached the reception desk with a question or concern, the receptionist would sigh audibly, as if I was wasting their precious time. It was incredibly demoralizing to be treated in such a dismissive manner. A hotel should be a place where guests feel welcome and valued, but this receptionist seemed to have no understanding of basic customer service principles. On top of the rude behavior, the receptionist also made several mistakes with my reservation. He is asking extra money for 1 person even though it is included in bill while booking ,When I brought this to the receptionist's attention, they simply shrugged and said there were no other rooms available. It was clear that they couldn't be bothered to address the issue or find a solution. Overall, my experience at this hotel was completely ruined by the disrespectful and unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. It is unacceptable to treat guests with such disdain and disregard. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying at this establishment to think twice, as the negative attitudes of the staff tarnish the entire experience.

NillNo family should visit here, the owner/manager is not the man of his words. Takes extra charge despite confirmation. We had taken AC rooms but despite that they were not allowing us to use AC No food facilities or plates provided if you bring parcel food. Plates only provided if you order through hotel Not recommended at all not even if it's theast hotel Don't get cheated by the sweet words of the owner/manager

NillWe were given 2 rooms, out of which one room was not having attached toilet and we were asked to use a general toilet which was awful experience. One of the rooms door height is less than 6 feet and my head hit the frame several times and the door wouldn't close fully due to which a rat had entered our room in the night and it was so annoying. Staff is courteous and do their best to help but the property is still under development so at this moment i would not suggest this for family stay.

NillWe had requested them for 2 vehicles for pick up from the airport as we were 8 people (adults). The owner came to pick us along with one car and brought the receptionist along with him we don't know the reason WHY. We had to accommodate that extra person in our vehicle. One of our member sat on our lap because of him. The receptionist of the hotel was extremely rude and unhelpful. He made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. No food facilities. We had booked for AC rooms, but the owner first denied to switch on the AC at night. After calling him, he said that the electricity connection is not done the Air conditions. After showing him the chat records, withing 30mins all the AC started working. He is not the man of his words. We had a very bad experience. No ethics, very poor behaviour towards guests. I will request everyone to please avoid this hotel if you want to save yourself from being cheated. They take extra charges.
