Hotel Devi Residency

Devi residency is nice place to stay. Very affordable and and good ambience. I feet stair can be improved.. otherwise staff are very cooperative. It's near by bake bihari temple.

Extremely Disappointed One of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The staff and management were completely unprofessional and had no sense of customer service. Rooms were dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. The overall hygiene and cleanliness standards are terrible. Definitely not worth the money - I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Literally there were beer bottles above the cupboard.

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel in Vrindavan. The room was filthy, the washroom was dirty and smelled awful, and the furniture was broken. The TV didn’t work at all, and to make things worse, there were ants everywhere — on the floor, the bed, and even near the window. The final straw was finding a lizard on the bed at night! What made things worse was the behavior of the owner. When I raised these concerns, he was extremely arrogant and rude, showing zero responsibility or concern for our comfort. I genuinely felt this place was not safe for families, especially if you are or travelling with females. Despite all these issues, they charged an absurdly high amount for the stay. There was no maintenance, no cleanliness, and certainly no value for money. I strongly urge anyone traveling with family — especially with women or children — to stay far away from this hotel.

These people are extremely unprofessional and have no idea how to run a hotel. They make unreasonable demands, and the room isn’t even worth 1,000 rupees. The toilet is dirty, and the bedsheets and blankets, though they may appear white, are filthy and have a bad odor. There’s no water and no room service available, not even during the day. Don’t waste your money here.

Staff has very good behavior. A very good location bcz here you get lots of ride very easily for every temple. Hotel rooms are clean and have good service.
